This over-sized two story vacation home with over 3000 square feet offers ample room for multiple families to enjoy their home away from home in Walt Disney World's backyard.

Conveniently located in the exclusive and gated Weston Hills Community which is only minutes from all the attractions and theme parks Central Florida has to offer. This massive property sleeps up to 12 comfortably with extra room if needed! This vacation home offers 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, with a kids game room and large private pool!The game room offers a full size ping pong table, Foosball, and indoor basketball games. Don't limit yourself to just one pool as this property grants you access to the Weston Hills Community amenities which includes multiple pools (3) and a kids fountain/splash pool, soccer field, tennis/pickleball court, basketball court, white sand volleyball, large walking trail, multiple covered pavilions, secured kids play ground area, and a beautiful outdoor cabana and seating area within steps of all the pools!

This well kept and comfy vacation home is located in the Four Corners area which is just a few miles (south West) of Walt Disney World property. Also located minutes of shopping malls/outlets, water parks, multiple grocery stores and a large variety of restaurants!

Excellent communication with the host, the house was in a good location central to all amusement parks and was clean and provided everything we needed for our stay. The heated pool was the star of the show lol. My granddaughter loved it.

Cot, high chair, car seat and double buggy and indoor children's toys were used by us more than we expected. The grandchildren loved the pool. There were swimming rings, toys and plenty of pool towels. The house was roomy, comfortable, clean and an excellent location. Perfect for the 10 of us.

Very dirty. Dishes were dirty, roaches was running around, shower was dirty with hair on walls and drain as well as the shower head and knobs were very dirty. Was charged a cleaning fee and still was told that I needed to wash the bedsheets with my own detergent that i had to purchase before i could check out. Garbage cans was full from previous renters.

We had a great time at the house! It fit our big group perfectly. It was very close to groceries and restaurants. It was very easy to get to Disney. The only drawback was the security at the gate. We always had to announce ourselves and have the security people open the gate. It would have been nice to do that the first time and then just slide your id in …we got stuck a couple of times.

This is the second time we have stayed at this home. It is perfect for families. The home has space for everyone and is well kept up and clean. There are so many extra items in the house for a comfortable stay. We loved the heated pool and game room!

The pool was wonderful. When we weren’t out doing things in Orlando we were in the pool. The kids did not want to get out of the pool. The game room was fun and the kids really enjoyed playing in there.The decor was somewhat dated but it was comfortable. There were plenty towels and linens. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and pots and pans. There were grocery stores area that were convenient.A few things we noticed… There was a think layer of dust on the air conditioning vents and some of the baseboards. We also noticed that the floors in the kitchen and living room had not been swept. We did sweep them. The bathtub in the bathroom my husband and I used did not drain properly and made it difficult to clean, but we tried. In the end we enjoyed our stay and I would recommend this to friends looking for a place to stay.

Thank you Carla for the most amazing and wonderful stay at your beautiful villa, nine in our family myself and my husband our two daughters and husbands and three grandsons we had the most incredible time in your villa and made wonderful memories and had a lovley holiday, The villa was beautiful clean and tidy and pool area was lovely and big enough to seat all of us lovely and private The villa is equipped with everything and more, even toys for the kids, bedrooms are also fantastic great comfortable beds all huge big rooms very spacious and comfortable lovely quiet neighbourhood with a gated entrance for security Close enough to all the parks and shops but far enough away for piece and quiet Carla we can’t thank you enough for a wonderful stay can’t wait to be back soon kindest regards Danny and Sherrie and family

This property lived up to our expectations. The house is located in a secure gated community in a quiet residential area. The property is large and extremely well equipped. All bedrooms are a good size and the master bedroom suite is enormous. This is an ideal property for a large or extended family.

The stay / property was awesome. Everyone had their own private space and space to come together as a family. The property owner (Carla) is top notch. Answered any and all questions within a reasonable time frame. I would recommend this property especially if you are traveling to Disney.

Wonderful Experience

Family Vacation 2025

Overall we had a fantastic stay! There was more than enough space for our family of five. We had a little hiccup in the beginning of our stay but, the host was quick to remedy the situation. The neighbors were very friendly and welcoming. Kids loved the private pool at the house and had a great time using the community pool/splash pad also! Definitely would stay again.
