The Space:

You step onto a sun‑lit patio for two and feel the gentle hum of a nearby lazy river, while the scent of fresh coffee drifts from the kitchen. Inside, the spacious living area invites the whole family to gather, share stories, and unwind after a day at the parks. The gated community’s pool with a slide, indoor playground, gym, restaurant, bar and ice‑cream shop create a lively backdrop for every stay.



**Sleeping arrangements**

The master bedroom offers a king‑size bed and an ensuite bathroom for privacy and comfort. Upstairs, Bedroom 2 features a bunk configuration with a twin over full plus a trundle bed, perfect for kids or extra guests. Bedroom 3 provides another king‑size bed. The two upstairs bedrooms share a full‑size bathroom, ensuring ample space for everyone.



**Living area & outdoor space**

A large living room comfortably seats the entire group, with a small patio just off the room that includes outdoor seating for two. The open layout flows into a breakfast nook within the kitchen and a spacious indoor dining area where meals can be enjoyed together.



**Kitchen & amenities**

The full kitchen is equipped with stainless‑steel appliances, coffee and tea supplies, and all the essentials needed to prepare simple meals. A free washer and dryer are available for convenient laundry during longer stays.



**Community amenities**

As a guest of the Regal Palm Resort & Spa, you gain access to the community amenity center and clubhouse. Dive into the pool with its fun slide, float along the lazy river, let the kids explore the indoor playground, stay active in the gym, or relax at the on‑site restaurant, bar and ice‑cream shop.



**Location**

Situated in Davenport, the home is a short drive to Disney World and other major Orlando attractions, just off I‑4 and I‑192. The Orlando International Airport is about 40 minutes away, making arrivals and departures straightforward.



**Additional details**

A mandatory resort fee of $22.40 per day, including tax, covers up to ten wrist bands for amenity access. The fee applies whether the amenities are used or not.

Getting Around:

Feel safe & right at home as you enter the gated community with 24-hour security guard. Private double driveway that fits (2) cars.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
