Great property and bigger than expected. Close enough to all the attractions. Facilities on site were a bit hit and miss and closed whenever(bar closed latest at 8 pm while we stayed) big outdoor pool.

Mom's 80th

My wife, my grown children with significant others and i needed a home base while visiting the area for my mom's 80th birthday. The locatiin was perfect, i could actually walk to my mothers place. Everything was clean, organized, and in working order. The clubhouse with its gameroom and snack bar/cofee shop was super convienient. Security personnel at the gate were friendly and professional. The management folks were very quick and helpful with the few questiins we had. I will be back and would highly reccomend for others.

It was ok

The resort is lovely. Nice amenities… the property itself is nice.. however, it was very warm .. not sure the air was just not working but it was at least 85 degrees upstairs the whole stay .. downstairs was cooler but still warm. Made horrible evenings for myself, spouse , teen and toddlers. Luckily there was a bedroom downstairs for my elderly mother … we spent most of the days out, but then would regret having to go back

Home Base for Daughter's Cheer Competition

Everything about the property as described in the listing was accurate. Check-in instructions were delivered on time and easy to follow, the property matched the description and photos, and it was clean. We stayed in the complex before (Paradise Palms) and this was nicer than last years and more updated. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

RELAXING VACATION

What a great vacation in a great location. This propertt is absolutely beautiful and well maintained. The townhouse was clean and yave everything we needed. If I had to give 2 suggestions, it would be to fix the ceiling fan in the master bedroom, it is not working properly. We had several women in their menopause stage lol and the upstairs was a bit hotter than the rest of the house. And black out curtains in the bedrroms. Other than those minor things this house was perfect!!!

Best home for pricing

If your looking to make the most of your budget during vacation this is the place to stay with several amenities, a very nice drive to the all Disney and universal parks. And best of all it’s gated for the kids !!

Beware!

This place was disgusting. Dirty Dishes, dirty blankets had to ask for clean ones, microwave had no door. (they did repair it) roku remote did not work, baseboards/wall/doors all dirty full of stain and holes, trash can broken (new one brought in) furniture old needs replacing, old carpeting had to wear shoes the hole time, someone's water bottle left from previous family. cutting board had brown mold spots. There is more and more to go on but I think this paints the perfect picture. The home is not as advertised. Beware if you are a clean person expecting a home that is the same.

Celebrating graduates

We took our family and friends to celebrate high school, junior college and 8th grade graduation. The property was very comfortable and clean. The private pool was a nice way to cool off after a hot day. The resort staff were very friendly and we enjoyed our stay. Our only complaint has nothing to do with the property. Be prepared as the traffic in Orlando and surrounding areas is awful!!! Get a mini SunPass so you can travel toll roads. Avoid I-4 at all costs if possible!

Excelente casa y lugar tranquilo

Disfrutamos muchos la estadía en el lugar la casa muy limpia y con todo lo necesario para disfrutar de unas vacaciones, el único detalle es que estando fuera en la piscina el wifi no tiene conexión, del resto todo estuvo excelente. Definitivamente regresaríamos a rentar en este lugar.

Disney Trip

We enjoyed staying at the house during our trip to Disney and had very little issues. The AC did get difficult once during the trip but the issue was resolved quickly and easily and the house was cooled by the time we came back from the park. Overall the house worked great for our family and would certainly stay there again.

a few problems

the place was clean, spacious and exactly like the photos. the tvs in the living area and downstairs bedroom couldn't be controlled with the remote so were basically not working. the front door lock was worn out and you had to enter the code a few times for it to work and the pool could use a good deep cleaning

Perfect stay

Everything about our stay here was perfect. It was honestly one of the cleanest I’ve ever stayed in. Even though it is a large community, it was very quiet. Would definitely consider staying here again!

Our star in orlando!

This was a very nice house, the decor was nice, the only things that I can complain about are the place not getting sprayed for any bugs, the old kitchen items such as “towels or mittens” were not clean at all. Overall the cleanliness was very well, we had no problems during the stay just need new kitchen towels and someone to spray before the guests arrival!

Recent Stay

Check in process was a breeze! Very nice neighborhood, however, 2 roaches were noted in the property itself. However, the property was VERY CLEAN. Not sure if the neighbors had bug problems or not. Also, propane gas tank was empty and we were unable to grill. Otherwise, no other complaints!

This property was ok. The cable and WiFi was horrible. I read on another review that someone shared the same issue with the cable and WiFi. However I thought before we arrived they would have fixed the issue, but they didn’t.

Great Stay But A Few Issues

Location was great as it is close to everything. Had a few issues as the back door didn't close unless you locked it and called it in on day two of ten but nothing ever got done. Called again a couple days later to find out when they were coming and that the dishwasher also wasn't cleaning the dishes and was told someone would be out but no one ever showed. Everything else was great but hopefully response times for issues improve dramatically.

Issues

We had several issues during our stay which required a significant amount of time out of our vacation and interruptions due to repair people coming and going. Didn’t have a functioning dryer for 4 of the 7 days. It took 4 trips to get one with 8am service calls, so much for sleeping in on vacation. No air conditioning for 2 days, multiple trips to fix. Faulty smoke detector going off, was told they would be there the next day had to insist they come since the beeping was outside a bedroom door. Bathroom faucet that shut down when the hot was turned on. There was a note on the counter that said there would be a $xx charge to use the bbq so we didn’t use it for the first few days until we spoke with the PM Co and found out there actually wasn’t a charge. I had to ask for compensation, received 3 days of pool heat $xx. All of the above should be worth a bit more, asked for more, received $xx. Responded to PM that wasn’t nearly enough for everything that happened- no response. Loved the area and the home- they need a new PM Co. - hold times, responses and ability to take corrective actions in a timely manner were not acceptable.
