Cozy comfort! A tastefully decorated retreat for a relaxing stay at my home away from yours. Close to, but away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Orlando. The Regal Palms Resort is a special place to make family memories, and to enjoy all the amenities of a fabulously inclusive resort. RP is a gated community with a family atmosphere. This townhome is spacious and newly renovated. We hope to see you soon!

This end unit includes double parking space, a lovely fountain view from rear patios, on both 1st and 2nd floors. Within walking distance to one of four outdoor bbq pavilions. Spectacular 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home for your family to enjoy. Also included is a brand new kitchen with all of the necessary equipment for a lovey meal, LVT floors throughout the home, with cable and WiFi connectivity. We are within walking distance to all of the resort amenities including... main pool with a convenient tiki bar poolside, lazy river, water slide, hot tub, kids playground area, volleyball court and other outdoor activities. Access to the Cenote spa, fitness center, and indoor arcade. Also onsite, a marketplace for grab and go items. Not wanting to travel out for dinner? Come and have a bite to eat at the Regal Palms very own Frankie Farrell's Bar & Grille, or enjoy a treat onsite at Frankie's Ice Cream Shoppe also located in the clubhouse by the pool.

Check-in begins at 4:00 pm and check-out at 10:00 am. Arriving before 4:00pm? No problem! Pre-registration begins at 12 o'clock noon where guests can enjoy the pool and outdoor amenities until official check-in time.
All outdoor resort amenities open 8:00 am to 11:00 pm daily (weather permitting). Pool towels available to rent for $10 or you may bring your own.

Awesome vacation!

We absolutely loved our stay at Angie's place! The condo is huge ... it was perfect for our party size. We were 5 adultes so everybody had its own bedroom and bathroom. The drive for Walt Disney was also super smooth. I highly recommend this place!

Nice place

Very nice place with a good pool for children. Only upside is that it takes a little while to drive to the attractions in Orlando, as there are alot of cars on the roads

As advertised

The unit was very clean and well taken care of. Just a 7 min. walk to the pool. Our weather could not have been better and we were able to get chairs by the pool no problem when we were down there by 10:00 am. Our group were golfers and we had no problem getting tee times in the area. Costs varied quite a bit in the area. I would definitely go back. We were at the unit for a month. Angie was great to deal with.

Amazing!

We had a fabulous vacation! The property was beautiful and had everything we needed. We have a daughter in a wheelchair and the layout was completely accessible. The drive and walkway were a little steep with one small step to get inside...but doable with a little help. The pool was a bit of a walk, maybe 10 minutes, but we enjoyed the walk and did it a couple of times a day. We would walk back for lunch and then back to the pool. The grounds are well cared for and it made for a beautiful walk to take in the Florida sunshine. The resort has 3 pools and a hot tub that are beautiful and relaxing. We enjoyed the lazy river the most! They also have a bar for food and drinks. The location was also conveniently close to many things - Publix, Chinese, pizza, gas, ice cream, CVS and Dollar General are all within walking distance. Driving about 30 minutes will get you to: Disney, outlet malls, many fabulous restaurants, souvenir shops, water parks, Disney Springs, etc. We stayed a total of 9 nights and could easily have stayed a month. The owner was easy to reach and super friendly. We had an AC outage after a bad storm to the entire area and the owner quickly had it repaired and restored for us. Great communication and attention to every detail. I highly recommend this unit and this resort in general, we will be going back again!!!

Piece of paradise

The house and resort were top notch and lovely! The house is in close proximity to the charcoal grills located on the property, walking distance to the resort amenities where the pool is phenomenal, and communication with the host was stellar. Thank you for sharing your piece of happiness with us. Everything needed was provided for the kitchen and what we needed to Start our stay. The house was spotless and beds were comfy! Thank you!

Spring Break Getaway

Great location. The home was well cared for. Lots of room for our family. The resort amenities were also very nice and the staff was very courteous. Only bad experience is the cable TV did not work in the Living Room. I would stay here again.

Nice clean condo

A little further out than was anticipated, but not terrible. Everything at the condo was great. Clean. Worked well. Beds comfortable. Great communication with owner, always responded right away. A little chilly at night with the AC blowing, but better than being hot! Community pool was fun, restaurant and ice cream shop nice. My only complaint was the steepness of the driveway. Made parking difficult esp loading/unloading kids, luggage etc. Overall we had a nice vacation in Florida and we’re happy with this condo.

Perfect alternative to hotel room

Six of us fit quite comfortably in this townhouse. Perfect size for relaxing after a hard day having fun in Orlando. The pool area is great and includes a lazy river in the bar with food and drinks. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Family vacation

This was a very nice well kept townhouse. Very clean, beds were all comfortable, kitchen well stocked with everything we needed. If I was to make any suggestions it would be that we only had 1 washcloth and did need more and also we would of loved any type of chairs on the back patio and the balcony off the master bedroom. The owner Angie always did get back to me with any questions we had. We would highly recommend this property and would stay here again.
