Welcome to our superb 5-bedroom 4.5-bathroom villa, located in the community of Solana in Davenport. It is fully gated for security.
The villa is modern and very spacious with all the amenities you could want. It can sleep up to 10 guests
The villa benefits from 2 sitting rooms. One is classed as a tv room so is great when more than one family is sharing, or maybe one of the sitting rooms is for the kids own use. The sitting space is at the back of the villa has direct access to the pool and deck. Both spaces have plenty of comfortable seating. The living space at the back gives a real sense of spacious living with plenty of natural light from the double height ceiling.
There is a fully fitted kitchen with a breakfast nook; ideal to be able to have breakfast before you all head out on your exciting day and/or to cook your evening meal at night. Fill the fridge with drinks and snacks for all the family. There are all the appliances and utensils that you could possibly need. There is also a more formal dining space. So again, perfect if the kids wish to have their own dining area.
The lower floor really does offer a light filled, spacious inviting space. Hard flooring throughout the downstairs and carpeting throughout the upper floor.
Outside you have your own private pool and spa area with lots of seating for relaxing. The pool can be heated if required. The huge, covered lanai space is ideal for al fresco dining and for escaping from the Florida sun. There is a child safety fence if required and a “Florida screen” for your privacy.
