Rainbow Garden - Private Pool and 24/7 Support During Your Stay

Rainbow Garden is a high-demand vacation home in Windsor at Westside. Relax and enjoy spending time with your family and friends at this wonderful home. The home is professionally decorated and offers 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms.

On the first floor you have a master suite with a king bed and and ensuite. There is also a half bath downstairs between kitchen and swimming pool. On the second floor you will find the rest of the bedrooms. Room 2 has one King bed and ensuite. There is another master bedroom upstairs with a king bed and ensuite. The Minnie theme room has two twin beds. The Marvel theme bedrooms has two single beds.

When staying in this house, you have access to all the resort amenities! Windsor at Westside is located in the Kissimmee area with easy access to Orlando’s theme parks, dining, and shopping. Just 30 miles from Orlando International Airport, Windsor at Westside features resort amenities such as a 5,000 sq. ft clubhouse, huge pool with slide and tiki bar. You will also find a fitness center, Volleyball court, sundry shop and video arcade.

Enjoy all that Orlando has to offer such as the theme parks: Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Legoland, Discovery Cove, Aquatica and other attraction such as I-Drive, City Walk & Disney Springs; Shopping malls such as The Mall at Millenia, The Florida Mall and The Outlet Mall. Sports events include Orlando City soccer and Orlando Magic basketball.

Just over an hour drive away you will find some of Florida’s favorite beaches such as Cocoa Beach, Clearwater Beach, St. Pete Beach, New Smyrna Beach & Daytona Beach.

WINDSOR AT WESTSIDE NOW REQUIRES ALL GUESTS TO BE REGISTERED WITH THE GATE TO OBTAIN ACCESS TO THE COMMUNITY. Please provide Florida Spirit Vacation Homes with a list of names and drivers who will need to be registered with the gate upon booking.

Family vacation

The house was more than adequate for the family of 6. The furniture was worn but the beds were very comfortable. The children enjoyed staying in the themed bedrooms. The appliances thay we used worked.

Great stay

House was as described and set up nicely for a family with plenty of room to spread out. The pool at the house was nice to come back to after spending a day at the parks. And although we only enjoyed the neighborhood pool one day, it was not overly crowded and kids had a blast. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Christmas Vacation

The property was exactly what we expected and worked perfectly. Everyone had their own space and we could all be together in the kitchen/living room. It was a well situated property and the lazy river was a hit. Would certainly consider going back again.

Pass on this house if you want something clean. The property manager clearly hasn’t been here.

When you first walk in it’s nice until you see the carpet, the pool, the shades, the nasty dirty giant clock on the stairs with three inches of dust on it. The pool was a big disappointment with it having a layer of bugs and film on top of it along with a sprite can on the bottom of the pool. The last day someone did come by and clean it but all week it was gross. There’s no skimmer to get the bugs out and the filter doesn’t run at all during the day. The carpet is absolutely disgusting with Stains all over on the first floor and second floor. This house is very poorly maintained as you see many different things just halfway fixed to get the next renter in there. I would love to share pictures of everything I just stated if management wants to see it. This is a slum lord property that needs work and a deep cleaning. I would never stay here again not worth the price. The master bedroom on the first floor mattress is completely shot to but hey it matches the rest of the property. What big disappointment Why keep a broken chair in the closet corner Vrbo? That made no sense to.

Excellent Property

We rented this home for a family vacation/holiday. The layout was perfect. Each bedroom had a dedicated bedroom. The home was clean. The kitchen was well equipped. The pool was nicely heated with a nice outdoor sitting area. The management team was excellent and responsive. We had a lovely time.

Perfect Vacation Rental Home!!

The home was beautiful and spacious. I loved the fact that there was a bathroom attached to each bedroom. It was nice having your own private pool but also the option to use the club amenities as well. My only complaint was the kitchen and dining room chairs needed to be cleaned due to stains from previous guest. My suggestion would be for the owners to get leather chairs so they can be wiped off when accidents occur.

Fun in the sun

We had so much fun at our “home away from home” the house was perfect for us! Just a couple updating/repairs needed, picture frames were missing sides and the toilet paper holder in the master upstairs was broken, and the pool stole a couple of our little balls as the strainer part seemed to have been broken. The carpet had stains and could use a good professional cleaning. Would have been nice to have a broom and pool towels - but the towels provided worked. The pool was great- and had the perfect sun. Was really cool as it was facing a farm, could hear roosters and see horses in the back. We would for sure come again!

Awesome house!

I really enjoyed staying at this house. It was very comfortable for a family of 5. There were a few things that disturbed me during my stay. I did not like was the shindig that occurred over the weekend. There was loud music, cars parked everywhere and fireworks going off well after 1AM. This was a great neighborhood but it seems that restrictions are not enforced. Parking on the street made it difficult to navigate. Overall, no complaints with the house, it is absolutely beautiful! The pictures online are exactly what you get. I just wish the neighborhood was secured at all times!!

Fun with family

We had a great time at your home. Our daughter and family rented the house down the street which made it so much fun. Everything is close to the home...Disney World, Crayola Factory, golf and restaurants. We look forward to returning next year!

Pleasant and Spacious Villa

We have stayed in numerous different villa`s over the years in Orlando and we found this one to be clean and very spacious, a nice added bonus when booking this accommodation with Florida Spirit Homes was the villa came with complimentary pool heating for the duration of our stay which normally is an extra cost. We stayed in Windsor at Westside last year August and we find this location excellent to get to all the theme parks and all the local attractions, the management company Florida Spirit Homes was excellent and any minor problems we had in the home they responded quickly and efficiently. BEST DETAILS

The home is very beautiful and has lots of space. Great for big families or large groups. The living room has a comfortable couch with large screen TV. The kitchen is spacious and has every utensil you would ever need. Fantastic pots and pans. Love that there’s a downstairs bathroom off of the kitchen and patio. All the rooms in the house are well design with great quality furniture. Great TV’s in the room. The biggest bonus to this property is that there’s a bathroom attached to each room. Oh wait, upstairs has the coolest family room ever. We had many great movie night in this room. However if I had to say anything I didn’t care for at the house it would be the awful cell service/internet connection. Even with the WiFi connected you will need to take all calls outside on the patio. If using your GPS to get places. You might want to start it in the house. Before getting in your vehicle to go. The trash bin could be wiped out cleaner. I also fell like the homeowner should increase the price by $10 and supply hand soap, trash bags, toilet tissues. This vacation property NEEDS pool/beach towels. It’s a must. The homeowners could do a check list for guest/ and guest should have the opportunity to also do a check list. Overall I would definitely come again. I didn’t want to leave. This is a great vacation spot.
