Complimentary tennis racquet and balls as well as Volleyball equipment is provided at the Clubhouse for your convenience.  Arrangements can be made for fishing poles if you choose to fish during your stay.  It is a catch and release Lake in Glenbrook.

Other activities include Lake Louisa, which is 10 mins away. Lakeridge Winery offering free wine tasting and only 20 mins away, and close to Margaritaville offering water park, dine in Movie Theater and loads of local Restaurants. Only a 60 minute drive to Florida Gulf Coast offering great beaches such as Clear Water Beach. Fast wifi speed and all smart TVs in bedrooms.

Weekends at Margaritaville includes Car shows...Artisan Flea Market and Live Concerts in the Evening in the Pomenade.


Keyless entry. The last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number will be used for access. Abundance of parking. Driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Guest can park extra cars overnight by the clubhouse. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

Sun-filled days drift easily into relaxed evenings here, where time slows between a screened pool and spa and quiet moments indoors with family gathered nearby. Mornings begin with coffee at the table while light filters in, and afternoons invite playful energy in the game room or calm breaks by the water. Whether you are unwinding after a day out or enjoying the comforts of home, the setting feels easy and unhurried.

The space
This entire single-level home offers four bedrooms and three bathrooms, designed for comfort and flexibility. Two king ensuite bedrooms provide privacy and space to recharge, each with a Smart TV and ceiling fan. A third bedroom features a queen bed, while the fourth is a themed room with two twin beds, well suited for younger guests. Additional sleeping options include two queen-size pull-out sofas located in the living and family rooms. With no stairs in the home, moving throughout the space feels simple and accessible.

Living and entertainment
Indoors, shared spaces are set up for both relaxation and fun. You can settle into the seating areas to stream shows on the 65-inch HDTV or spend time in the air-conditioned game room, which includes arcade games, a pool table, ping pong table, life-size games, and themed decor. Board games and family-friendly entertainment options make it easy to unplug or gather together after a full day.

Kitchen and dining
The kitchen is fully equipped for everyday meals and longer stays, with space to cook, prep, and enjoy time together. A dining table anchors the indoor dining area, while the covered patio creates a natural extension of the space for outdoor meals. Breakfast is provided, making mornings feel especially easy before heading out or settling in.

Outdoor living
Step outside to a private backyard with a screened pool and hot tub, both available year-round and open 24 hours a day. Sun loungers and outdoor furniture create a relaxed setting for breaks between swims or quiet evenings under the covered patio. A private BBQ grill supports casual outdoor cooking whenever the mood strikes.

Family-friendly and practical comforts
Traveling with children is made simpler with a crib, Pack ’n Play, standalone high chair, children’s books and toys for multiple age groups, and children’s dinnerware. Laundry is available in the home, and bathroom essentials are provided. High-speed WiFi, a dedicated workspace in a private room with a door, and an Ethernet connection support remote work or streaming with ease.

Location and amenities
The home is located near Walt Disney World and Margaritaville, with free resort access to nearby amenities such as a shared gym, sports courts, and lake access via walking paths. Guests also benefit from free driveway and street parking, self check-in with a smart lock, and the convenience of a pet-friendly stay for well-behaved pets up to 50 lbs.



Easy accessibility to I4 that leads to all Theme parks. Uber and Lyft are readily available. Food delivery by Door dash, uber eats to name a few.

We had a fantastic time at th is property. The hosts were super communicative and accomodating. The property is just as described and was very clean. We appreciated the snacks after a long drive and loved the pool. We would absolutely stay here again.
