Keyless entry. The last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number will be used for access. Abundance of parking. Driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Guest can park extra cars overnight by the clubhouse. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

Sleeping arrangements
This single-level home accommodates up to 10 guests across four bedrooms. Two bedrooms feature king beds and their own ensuite bathrooms, creating comfortable private spaces for rest. A third bedroom includes a queen bed, while the fourth bedroom offers two twin beds in a themed room designed with younger guests in mind. Additional sleeping space is available with two queen-size pull-out sofas located in the living and family rooms.

Living and entertainment spaces
The home includes several inviting areas to relax and spend time together. A 65 inch HDTV with standard cable, Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV, Disney+, HBO Max, Hulu, Netflix, and Roku creates an easy place to unwind in the evening. The air-conditioned game room features arcade games, a ping pong table, a pool table, life size games, and a theme room atmosphere that adds a playful touch to the stay. Board games are also available for quieter nights indoors.

A private BBQ grill makes it easy to prepare casual cookouts during your stay. The private outdoor pool and spa are available all year and open 24 hours.
