The screened lanai is the reason to book this one. A full-size pool sits under a soaring cage that keeps the bugs out and the Florida sun manageable, with loungers along the deck, shaded seating in the covered corner, and an outdoor dining table that turns into the default spot for breakfast, late lunch and everything after. The BBQ is right there. Nobody at Palm & Preserve spends much time indoors between noon and sunset.

When you do come in, the single-story layout keeps everyone in earshot. The living room, dining area and kitchen run together in one open, tiled sweep, so the cook can stay in the conversation while somebody sets the table for six and somebody else claims the sectional. Vaulted ceilings and sliders to the pool deck pull light through the whole space. The kitchen has been updated with stainless appliances and enough counter and cabinet space to actually cook a week's worth of meals rather than reheating them, and there's a breakfast bar for the people who never quite sit down.

Four bedrooms spread across the same level. The primary suite is the largest, with a king bed, an en-suite bath with a big walk-in shower, and its own door straight out to the pool deck — a small thing that turns into a very useful thing on a hot afternoon. A second bedroom pairs a full bed with a desk and work space for anyone who has to check in with the real world. The third has a queen, and the fourth is set up for the younger half of the group with two twins. A second full bath serves the three, and the in-unit washer and dryer means you can travel light and go home with a clean suitcase.

The location is the practical argument. Lake Wilson Preserve sits in a quiet residential stretch of Davenport, close enough to the parks to make early mornings painless and far enough out to be genuinely calm at night. Disney's gates are roughly fifteen minutes on, with Universal and SeaWorld about half an hour up I-4 and LEGOLAND a similar run south toward Winter Haven. ChampionsGate is eight minutes away for the Publix run and a cluster of casual restaurants, and Posner Park's shopping, dining and movie theater is a short drive further. For a slower day, Celebration's lakeside town center is an easy loop, and Island H2O's slides are close enough for an afternoon rather than a full expedition. Four Corners puts every direction within reach without asking you to stay in the middle of any of it.

- This home allows up to 2 pets for a fee; undisclosed pets brought without AvantStay’s approval may result in a $500 fine per pet.

Parking Space:
- This property provides parking for 1 car only.
- No parking on street, on grass/lawns, on, over or impeding sidewalk, within 15ft of any mailbox or hydrant, and within 30ft from any STOP sign.
- Commercial, recreation, or signed vehicles are not allowed to enter Lake Wilson Preserve Community.
- No boats, trailers, RVs, golf carts, and the like.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
