We provide a starter kit of essentials so you can settle in and relax without having to worry about kitchen or bath supplies right away.

Our gated resort community offers endless activities for all ages. Take a dip in the large heated pool, soak in the additional hot tub, or have a blast at the waterslide pool. On sunny days, enjoy poolside games like ping-pong, beanbag toss, and giant Connect Four. The pool area also features a snack and drink bar, so you can grab refreshments without leaving the fun. Located in the heart of all the excitement, this townhome is just 2.5 miles from Walt Disney World, and a short stroll from Highway 192 with its endless shopping and dining options. All reservations must have the booking person being 25 years of age or older. A government-issued photo ID is required to be supplied upon booking. Check-in instructions will not be issued until this is fulfilled and will be verified upon arrival.

Our home is licensed to accommodate a maximum of 6 people. If false information is given and we determine more than 6 people are in our home, the reservation becomes null and void, All occupants will be required to vacate immediately with no funds returned.

We have a strict check in/out policy, unless authorized in writing, anyone violating these times will be charged $50 per hour from your deposit and the sheriff's office may be called to remove you.

There is no smoking in or within 10 feet of any doors or windows. No illegal drugs.

Please note that our home does have exterior cameras,, which would be used to verify any activity that is against our rules.

We require a $1 security deposit hold that will be released the day after check-out.
