The Space:

Sunlight pours through the sliding doors as you step onto the patio, the scent of warm water mingling with the faint aroma of nearby pine. The private pool shimmers, inviting you to dip in or lounge on the cushioned outdoor chairs while the Florida breeze rustles the palm leaves. Inside, the open living spaces echo with the soft hum of a game room where arcade sounds drift through the hallway.



Sleeping arrangements

Main level hosts the Master Suite with a king bed and a private ensuite bathroom, perfect for a restful night after a day of adventure. Upstairs, the “Mickey” Room offers two double beds that comfortably sleep four, while the “Disney Princesses” Room features two twin beds for two guests. A queen bed in Bedroom 4 and a king bed in Bedroom 5 each provide space for two more travelers, bringing the total to five bedrooms and five full bathrooms.



Outdoor living

Step out to the private pool, where an optional heating upgrade can keep the water inviting even on cooler evenings. Outdoor loungers line the poolside, creating a relaxed spot for sunbathing or evening drinks. A patio dining area lets you enjoy meals al fresco under the Florida sky.

Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complimentary access to resort amenities such as:



-Seven Eagles: Pool, Spas, Fitness Centers and Linear Park;

-Homestead: Pool, Wading Pool, and Spa;

-Carriage Pointe: Pool and Spa;

-Heritage Crossing: 2 Pools (A and B), Wading Pool, and Spa;

-The Terraces: Pool, Spa, Gazebo, and Pavilion;

-Liberty Bluff Playground and Dog Park;

-Grand Traverse Parkway: Playground and Outdoor Fitness Center.



IMPORTANT: Guests must present an RFID card to access these amenities. This RFID will ONLY grant access to the community amenities listed above. Please note that we do NOT have access to Reunion's water park. Additionally, the loss of this card will incur a $150 fine.



Guests have the option to arrange tee times at their convenience (Palmer, Nicklaus or Watson Golf Courses). Please note that booking and any associated fees are the responsibility of the guest.



The Neighborhood:

Enjoy peace of mind from the moment you arrive. The resort is set within a gated community and monitored by 24/7 on-site security, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment throughout your stay. The driveway provides space for up to two vehicles parked side-by-side, making parking simple and convenient.



Getting Around:

Enjoy a sense of comfort and security from the moment you arrive. The resort sits inside a gated neighborhood with round-the-clock security personnel, creating a safe and welcoming atmosphere for all guests. The driveway can fit two vehicles parked side-by-side, and there is space for one additional car on the street directly in front of the home.



Please note that the garage has been transformed into a game room, so indoor parking is not available.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest, and our cleaning team adheres to the highest standards of hygiene to ensure a safe and comfortable stay.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $500 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (maximum $100 total), which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



If you’d like to add heating for the pool and spa, please notify us in advance so we can arrange it. This service is $35 per day, billed separately, and we kindly request at least one week’s notice. Please be aware that during cold or rainy weather, pool use is not recommended. The pool is serviced weekly, and after rain, some debris may wash in, which can temporarily affect the water’s appearance.



Check-out time is 10:00 AM. Housekeeping will arrive promptly to prepare the home for incoming guests. Late departures can disrupt cleaning schedules and future reservations, and may result in a fee of up to $300.



As a self-catering home, we do not replenish supplies during your stay. Each bathroom includes shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and a single roll of toilet paper. The laundry area has enough detergent pods for up to two loads, and the kitchen includes one roll of paper towels, a few trash bags, dish soap, and a sponge. A coffee maker is provided, but coffee is not included. Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing upon arrival, please notify us immediately so we can restock.
