Located in a prime area, you'll be just moments away from top attractions. Unwind in your private pool or enjoy a BBQ in the backyard (extra fee applies). Whether you're hosting a family gathering or a peaceful retreat, this home offers the ultimate comfort and convenience for unforgettable stays.

★ POOL INFO ★
• The pool heat is NOT included in your stay
• Pool heat fee: $30/day (taxes not included)
• Pool heat is only available for the entire stay and must be requested with a 3-day advance notice
• Note: It takes 24 hours for the water to be heated

It is necessary for you to make sure of your children’s safety which includes supervision at all times and staying in the assigned areas around the vacation home.

★ BBQ GRILL RULES ★
The house offers a fixed BBQ grill located in the pool area available for our guests to use. Please see below the usage rules and information:

- Usage fee: $100/stay.
- We do not provide the gas, the guest is responsible for the purchase and installation
- If damages are encountered in the pool area and/or inside the house due to misconduct of the grill, a penalty fee of $300 will be applied
- The BBQ grill and area where it is located MUST be cleaned after usage. A penalty fee of $100 will be applied if the area is found in bad condition (includes trash, oil, debris, etc.)

Simply a wonderful experience

My family and I came into Orlando for a volleyball tournament for my son. The house is very clean, new construction, centrally located, about 15 minutes to everything Disney and the convention center. The amenity center with the outdoor pool is a very nice bonus. The staff at the amenity center were very friendly and helpful. I had to ask for a later checkout due to the tournament running long, Stay Orlando and Giovanna were wonderful in helping me be less stressed about the pack up that day, thank you very much! I would absolutely stay at another Stay Orlando property. My only food for thought comment if I had to give one, would be two bath towels per bathroom is not quite enough for an occupancy of two per bedroom. Us girls have hair and need two towels just for us! :)
