Welcome to your home away from home! Escape the daily hustle and bustle and relax in this stunning 4 bedroom, 2 bath villa complete with a private screened-in pool. Your family can enjoy fun in the sun while you cook up your favorites on the BBQ. Nestled on a quiet street, this villa is only a short 10 minute drive from popular shops and restaurants, and just 20 minutes from Disney World.

The spacious accommodations include:
- Bedrooms 1 & 2 with queen beds
- Master bedroom with king bed and en-suite bathroom with a stand-up shower
- Bedroom 4 with single bunk beds and a twin bed
- House bathroom with shower and tub, situated between Bedrooms 1 & 2
- Cozy living area with a large sectional sofa, plasma TV, and pool views
- Dining area with seating for 8
- Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and more
- Laundry room with washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board

Relax poolside on the comfortable lounge chairs or enjoy meals outdoors at the patio table set. Towels and linens are provided for your convenience. Please note that the private pool heater is not included in the rental cost. There is a $25 per day fee to turn on the pool heater, and it must be reserved for the entire length of your stay with 24 hours` notice. The pool may take some time to warm up, so we recommend requesting it to be turned on at least a day in advance. While the pool heater won`t turn the pool into a hot tub, it will keep the water warm and comfortable for swimming. The fee for pool heating is non-refundable.

- Ensure that dishes are washed and put away before checking out.
- Garbage and Recycling to be bagged and left in garage.
- Only toilet paper down the toilet.
- Please leave the place as you found it
- Make sure to turn off the lights, and any electronics when you leave the house. Don’t forget to close all windows and lock all doors.
- Any evidence of damage or excessive cleaning will result in a claim for costs to clean, repair or replace damage that occurred during your stay
- No glass around the pool
- Please ensure dry feet and shoes when entering back in the house from the pool

The best part of the whole stay was our contact person for the home, Renee. He was totally awesome!!! We have rented homes in the Orlando area for the past 6 years and his responsiveness and gold standard customer service made our vacation a winner. The home and neighborhood were nice, the pool was great and the amenties in the home were great as well.

Everything was just so so. Not terrible and not great. The single ply toilet paper, not working tub, separating nasty floor and stains everywhere just seemed like it's been used heavily and not maintained.

Great house with lots of room. Pool heater didn't make it warm enough to be comfortable for adults to swim. We had to make the kids beds when we arrived but there were plenty of linens. Host was helpful.

If you are looking to stay at a place in the Kissimmee area do not hesitate and stay here. This location was very clean and definitely makes you feel like you are at your own home. Plenty of space for your family and the pool is wonderful. We had ac wonderful 9 day stay. Felt very comfortable at this location.

Fantastisch, jederzeit wieder

Wir waren schon das zweite mal in diesem Haus Gast und fühlten uns wieder sehr wohl. Die Agentur war immer für uns da und die Kommunikation ist hervorragend. Die Lage ist Top, Parks, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in der Nähe. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Great Vacation Rental

Overall we had a really great stay at the vacation house for a week. It fit all six of us very comfortably. The kids loved the pool. My only disappointment was the old sheets used on the beds. You can tell they have used them for quite some time. But other than that the stay was excellent.

EAGLE POINTE VILLA

stayed in Disney’s forest view villa @ eagle pointe for 2 weeks. Had the best time ever . Villa was exceptional. Clean and tidy and many different themed rooms . 4 massive bedroom and two bathrooms. Living room and separate dining room. The pool was beautiful and we would highly recommend this to anyone it really made our two week holiday even more special thank you so much

Xmas & New Year 2022

Very easy check-in via lock box. Plenty of space for a family of 6 adults. Very friendly and helpful property management, quick to respond to our request for pool heat :). Pool area could do with a freshen up, as looking a little tired. Villa is close to all local amenities, and also to Universal Studios & Disney parks.

Nice stay but could use new mattresses

We had a nice stay and we had some issues with the television and they responded quickly. The mattresses are thin and could use new ones. We paid for a heated pool but it was still pretty cold. Overall the place had everything you needed and the location was a nice area

Filthy house!! DUST PILED HIGH

We reserved this house to stay for a week over Thanksgiving Nov. 2022 and it turned out to be a nightmare! We got in saturday and the minute we opened the door we smelled a slight stench of mildew/mold as if the house was closed in for a while. We ignored it, sprayed and continued our stay (worst mistake ever). The AC was not working properly either IT WAS STUCK ON 78 DEGREES but felt like it was 90 degrees in that house. My husband and I got really sick off the dust and mold/mildew smell in that house. I ended up in the ER Thanksgiving morning. I contacted the property owner to fix the AC setting- nothing was done. Told her about the piles of dust sitting on the tops of the cabinets and the floor fans that she suggested we use in place of the AC! This stay was a complete nightmare! ruined my family Thanksgiving - we were not together for it and it was so sad! I have stayed at many VRBO properties before and this one was the WORST house I have EVER witnessed on this site! just AWFUL!

Relaxing getaway

It is a good place to stay. I like the neighbored and it is not too far from anything you would want to do like going to the big parks or a trip to Old Town, Airboat rides and if you want a beach day is only a little over an hour drive.

Great Family Vacation Home!!!

This was our first trip back to Florida since March 2020 when we had to leave our vacation 3 days in because of the pandemic . We have been in the sunshine state at least a dozen times in the past 10 years with our children and this has been the nicest house we have stayed in! The home has a welcoming vibe and the pool is fantastic! It was heated perfectly and there is a great deal of privacy which we like. The home is extremely well stocked and CLEAN! The area is close to just about everything and easy to get around. Finally, the property managers are awesome to deal with, prompt and very accommodating! We will definitely be coming back to this home!!!!

Would definitely rent again

Place was as described. Peter and Susan were wonderful. Any issues dealt with quickly. The pool was great. If you have issues with knee there are no rails on steps to get into pool so would need help with first step. Location was perfect. Neighborhood quiet. House was great. Enjoyed pool.

What you see is what you get

Great place to land

The house was a very good value for our stay in the Orlando/Kissimmee area. I had good communication with the property manager prior to my arrival. Everything was in good order and the house was very well appointed. There’s extra towels and even a small cooler bag. My only suggestion is providing some additional paper towels and toilet paper.
