Florida stay

Pretty good stay for the most part. Pool was a little dirty and there was not enough toilet paper and no trash bag. Other than that there was was plenty of room and a nice neighborhood.

Pleasant Stay

In terms of the location and condition of the house it was wonderful. When contacting the company someone always answered. My only issue was that I had to call them regarding information to get into the house. Other then that small hiccup the process was plesant.

A Father's Day Weekend Ruined! Would Never Stay at that house again

The pictures looked great. The girl at the Management officer "Bella" was excellent. However, i complained in person and by email and sent pictures on day 1, day 2 and left 1 day early because there were so many issues. only the master had a ceiling fan and the temperature for a 4 bedroom house in the summer in Florida was set to 74 we all sufferer even in the master. Bella lowered it for us to 72 and it was a bit better but still uncomfortable. the spa was not working (the jets) maintenance came out and couldn't really fix them to work properly. they had to fix the water in both bathrooms. My son tried sleeping in the sofa bed and went right thru the mattress hurting his back, we had to pull him out the maintenance person saw but could not repair and there were no rollaway beds available he had to sleep on the floor. the pans were all scratched up and the pool was peeling on the bottom releasing very sharp rocks where the kids and adults could've really gotten hurt. my granddaughter toes hurt after being in the pool . Bella said she would comp us heating the pool for the spa but it never got warm, maintenance could not fix it either and said he would have to call someone else. and finally the garbage cans outside were so full we have to take some of the garbage with us as to not leave it in the property. I ma very disappointed, after paying over one thousand dollars for that stay that was not worth even half of that. I requested a discount through my email and still have not heard from anyone. If this is not resolved I will never used VRBO again for any of my future bookings nor anyone else in my party. A father's day weekend ruined.

Come prepared

Property was clean and had good location. Would definitely recommend you bring all items needed such as seasoning or any special type of pan for cooking etc. there are additional charges for use of grill. Something I am used to having included with VRBO. The check in office is about a mile or so away. You will have to go there first before being able to enter the home even though you have to verify your ID electronically prior to.
