A real gem

A real gem of a find — an affordable home with a true touch of luxury, literally on Disney's doorstep. The welcome goodies were such a lovely surprise after our long journey from the UK, especially the milk, tea, coffee, bread, butter, and cookies. Flavia was wonderful to deal with and really helped make our holiday amazing with all her helpful tips. Thank you so much — we will definitely stay here again.

Warm and Welcoming Home in a Brilliant Location for Disney

The location was brilliant for Disney, and it made our holiday so much easier being so close to the parks. Ubers were really reasonable too, so next time we visit we wouldn't bother hiring a car. Lisa and Martha were both so friendly and helpful, and check-in was really easy. We also loved the welcome pack of goodies on arrival — such a lovely touch. We would happily stay here again and would definitely recommend it to other families visiting Orlando.

This has probably been the best stay I had so far. The house is very beautiful and spacious. The pool was really nice especially with the pool lights. There were so many restaurants around along with a bunch of activities. Also Orlando isn't too far away.

Excellent Spot for a Family Florida Break

We've just come back from staying at this home in Indian Point and honestly, it was perfect for us travelling over from the UK. The location is brilliant — Disney was only about 10–15 minutes away, which made such a difference after long days at the parks. There's a Walmart just down the road too, which was really handy for stocking up on food and bits when we arrived. Plenty of other shops and places to eat nearby as well. The house had everything we needed and felt like a real home from home. It was lovely coming back somewhere quiet and comfortable after busy days out. We'd definitely stay here again and would recommend it to any other UK families planning a Florida trip.

Loved the Location, Pool, and Easy Access to Parks

We absolutely loved our stay at this villa! The sunny pool deck was the highlight — perfect for full days of swimming, sunbathing, and just unwinding between park visits. The location was amazing, with quick and inexpensive Ubers to Disney and Universal. We also enjoyed having so many restaurants close by — our favourite night out was at Chuy's Tex-Mex, which the whole family loved! The home itself was spacious, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We can't wait to come back

Our stay November 13 - 19

This was a lovely house..clean and perfectly located for all of our needs.. lots of room. There were some things that we needed, and the hostess was quick to respond and provide those things. Provided a welcome package which we appreciated. They have a pool, but because of issues with the heat pump, we didn't get to use it.. we were refunded our money for this cost..we certainly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this house for anyone looking to stay in Kissimmee.

Great experience!!!

This home was beautiful, spacious, and clean. Awesome neighborhood!!!!!!! My only problem was the living room TV had a crack on it. Overall great home. The pool area was very relaxing and spacious as well.

Winter get away

Thank you so much ! Over all it was a great stay! The only discrepancies we really noticed was the pool was not clean it was terrible! He cleaned it a little better after we said something, but it definitely needed a good cleaning! The sheets were dirty on the bed when we arrived . They smelled of perfume I had to wash before using . Some of the furniture and game equipment needed updating. Over all it was a nice home and get away ! Thank you!

Away from snow for a few weeks

We rented the property for 6 weeks, and on arrival we were greeted by a care package, never happened at any other places we stayed at for past 5 years (milk, bread, eggs, juice, tea, chips, soda, cookies plus more) Unfortunately we had to head back to canada over a week early(Corona virus scare) highly recommend this rental

We will be back!

We had 0 issues at all with the home ! Everything was great . Our host was excellent and always got back to me immediately. The only suggestion I would have for the home owners would be … the glass coffee table with the sharp edges is tough on toddlers . No damage done but our 2 year old banged in to those corners a few times but we understand that it's hard to child proof the home totally. We enjoyed our stay there and would highly recommend. I will add we are not excited to be back to the frozen tundra of Maine . We will be back . Thank you

Great property for the price

This is a great house close to all of the parks, shopping and restaurants. It’s very close to Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway. If you are looking for luxury this is not the house for you, but it was a great house with everything you need and fantastic for the price point. Everything worked great and there was ample supply of the usual necessities. The pool heater and pool were both great. The neighborhood appeared to be mostly occupied by locals, but was just fine. The host was responsive. This is a great place and I would stay here again.

Large pool home

The home was a nice size and the pool was an added treat. We wished the kitchen had a few more utensils (such as a rubber spatula), and there were no cleaning supplies for tidying up daily messes (i.e. no broom, dustpan, vacuum, sponges, or cleaning products). Also, someone from the property manager's office stopped by unannounced at an inconvenient time. Apparently, they had a new mattress for one of the bedrooms - made us wonder what was wrong with the mattress we were using.
