Welcome to our Home Away from Home at Regal Palms Resort and Spa.

Our home is a spacious, bright and very clean family friendly home. You will fall in LOVE with our high quality comfy beds, furniture, modern decor, fully equipped kitchen as well as full size washer and dryer. The house has a private 2 car driveway.

We are a short drive away from Disney World (approx. 15 min), SeaWorld (approx. 21 min), Universal Studios theme parks (approx. 23 min) and LEGOLAND (approx. 35 min). Enjoy fun-filled days of rides, shows and parades, plus enjoy the dining, shopping and nightlife in the theme parks. Stroll along shops, restaurants and night clubs on Disney’s Downtown.

Our townhouse has 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths and sleeps 6 adults or maximum of 8 with small children. The house features 2 large master suites with king size beds, 42' Flat screen TV's and private baths with soaker tubs. Relax on the balcony as the sunsets from the comfort of your bedroom. The third bedroom is located on the main floor and has 2 twin size beds, 32' Flat screen TV and a full size adjoining bathroom. Free WIFI. Enjoy the comforts of home in our comfy living room which has quality leather furniture and 42' Flat screen TV, relax after a long day at the parks sitting in the back with a cold drink or family movie night. We have it all.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION

We LOVE this resort and all it has to offer and so will you. It offers a 2 acre lush tropical swimming pavilion complete with a waterslide, lazy river, hot tub and a zero-entry pool for the little ones in the family. There is plenty to do for everyone a playground, beach volleyball, movie nights by the pool, fitness centre with sauna and steam room, day spa, arcade, restaurant, bar and DJ in the evenings.

Regal Palms Resort is the perfect location for a golfer's get away. It is located next to the scenic and highly rated Highlands Reserve Golf Club, Celebration Golf Club, Southern Dunes, Diamondback and many more.

Within walking distance is a Publix grocery store, CVS Pharmacy, Applebee's Restaurant, Bank, Liquor store, Walk-In Medical Clinic, and a Walmart and Target within 3 miles.

Included: playpen, pool inner tubs for adults and kids, DVD players, DVD's for all ages.8

Please Note: Regal Palms charges $20/day per house, plus tax that is paid at check-in. Starting Sept.1, 2023 a $100 incidental hold will be placed on a credit card at the reservation desk at check-in. Hold will be released back to the card on file once all items are returned to the reservation desk at time of check-out. It may take 3 to 5 days for credit cards or 5 to 10 days for debit cards to see the funds credited.

Fun relaxing stay in Davenport

We had a great time at the Regal Palms Resort. The townhome was super clean (by far the cleanest rental I've experienced). The location is close enough to the resort area that we could walk to all the fun stuff. The kids and adults alike all enjoyed the lazy river, pool and water slide. Would definitely return again.

Amazing place! So many accommodations, even a double stroller which came in so handy! Impeccably clean and modern and the host was very easy to communicate with. The resort is incredible! Clean, safe, lots of amenities and my family and I will definitely visit again!

Perfect getaway

The house was perfect for our family, very clean and comfortable. It really felt like we were at home. It has everything you need from a fully stocked kitchen, pool floats, beach towels to a high chair and pack n play for the baby! The kids really enjoyed the pool. We will definitely visit again! Great Weekend!

Property was spacious and great for families. Stocked with all the things needed and was clean. Most definitely would stay again! We have stayed in Regal Palms before but it’s been a few years. Kids loved the pool and lazy river! Thank you for a quick and awesome stay!

Excellent little spot, very comfortable. No salt, pepper or other seasonings, and the hot water in the kitchen sink is a little more on the lukewarm side, but I only cooked two meals so it wasn’t very limiting. Commute to Disney was about 25 min, not bad.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Towels and bedding were high quality and very nice. Carpets and flooring were nice and clean and in good repair. Kitchen was well stocked and clean. Beds were comfy. The property owner checked in a few times to make sure we had no issues. Recommend this property 10 out of 10. We will be back!

Amazing stay

Great townhome with a perfect location. Super easy to get ahold of the property manager at the beginning and end and the owners were super quick to respond too. Loved the resort. Perfect for families! Would highly recommend staying here

Super family friendly

Wow! We had such a great stay in this roomy and well stocked home. It was clean and in a great community. I can't say enough about the resort. The club house is great, the pool and waterslide were clean and kid friendly. It stays open until 11pm so after a long day of theme parks, it was wonderful to come back and soak in the hot tub. The resort has a nice snack bar selection, pretzels, chicken wings, pizza and soft serve ice cream. The location is a little ways from the parks, so you'd definitely need transportation. The house was lovely, even had floaties for the pool. I definitely recommend this rental,

Space was not handicapped or wheelchair accessible

I needed a place to stay that was handicapped and wheelchair accessible for my mother as well as nice for my 6 year old daughter. It was nice and clean, but I had to work to hard to assist my mother the whole week we were there, taking her back and forth to the bathroom and bathing her. She couldn’t maneuver the automated scooter I rented because of the narrow doors and the excess furniture. So the first 3 days she just stayed in the bedroom on the first floor. Had I’d known it wasn’t handicapped accessible I would have probably stayed somewhere else and rented this at a later date. The last day there, the morning we were due to leave my mother fell trying to get up on her own in the bathroom and hurt her ankle. She refused to go to the ER, because she didn’t want us to miss the flight home. The place was nice enough for a family with children, but not so much if you’re disabled.

Perfect place!

We booked this place for 2 nights before going to another condo for a dance competition. I wish we could stay here longer! It was great and the pool area is awesome! The kids loved it too. Highly recommend!
