Our elegant five bedroom, five bath villa features a private saltwater pool and raised spa with waterfall on an enclosed and large lanai for complete relaxation after a long day at the parks. Gas BBQ grill for outdoor family BBQ fun and sun.

FAMILY AREA AND GAMEROOM
Beautifully appointed living/family room features a 65" Smart TV, BlueStream Cable TV. Stream your own subscriptions or watch cable tv. Converted garage features private gameroom features a pool table and air hockey table for more family time enjoyment.

FIVE BEDROOMS -- SANCTUARIES
Five bedrooms -- each with its own bathroom for maximum privacy and comfort. No fighting over bathrooms! Two of the bedrooms are elegant master king suites with ensuite shower rooms on the lower floor. A queen-sized master, also on the lower floor, has an adjacent bathroom with tub/shower. The other two bedrooms, on the upper floor, are junior twins suites: one Mickey-Mouse-themed twins room (with 2 twin beds) and 1 "Finding Dory" themed twins room (with 2 twin beds). The master beds are topped with plush two to three inch Lucid memory foam mattress toppers for the ultimate in sleeping comfort. Junior suites have memory foam mattresses. Each bedroom has its own flat panel TV with cable and DVD player.

KITCHEN & stainless steel kitchen featuring energy-star appliances including an extra large French door refrigerator, 4 burner glasstop stove with oven, microwave and dishwasher. Well-equipped to prepare meals for large families in style and well-situated open style to keep an eye on little ones and join in all the fun.

Disney Dream Villa is located inside the 5-star Windsor Hills resort community, the closest private gated and guarded resort to Disneyworld -- just 2 miles!

Memorial Day weekend stay

My family and I stayed in this beautiful home. Located in a fabulous neighborhood with a water park. The host was top tier. I would highly recommend this property to everyone. Would definitely return.

Excellent property

We have stayed at a number of Orlando properties, and this one tops our list of favourites. Beautiful community, great home, and the best owners we have ever dealt with. Janine was incredibly diligent and responsive, even communicating with us immediately upon our arrival when the initial door code did not work - she responded as we were struggling with the entry, reset the code and got us in within 2 minutes, which was greatly appreciated after a long day’s travel. Could not recommend this property more.

AMAZING PROPERTY AND AN AMAZING HOST... Janine is an amazing person! She is so friendly & made everything easy peasy! This entire property is so family friendly, you don't ever have to leave... so many activities for everyone of all ages! Our favorite spot and we will be returning!

Excellent property

Beautiful House & Great Location

We loved the size of the house and the spacious pool area. We were close to everywhere we wanted to go. We also liked the gated community feel for security. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. It met all our needs and was a great place to stay for our family Spring Break vacation!

My family and I recently stayed at this lovely VRBO property and had a fantastic experience. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cleanliness and welcoming atmosphere of the home.One of the standout features of this property was the great safety features, especially for families with young children. The pool gate and alarm system provided us with peace of mind, allowing the little ones to play freely without constant worry.Additionally, the host was incredibly responsive to all of our questions and needs, ensuring our stay was comfortable and enjoyable, they were always prompt and helpful.Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this property to families seeking a safe, clean, and accommodating place to stay. Best Accommodation Ever

The property was perfect for all our needs. The kids loved having the pool. And us adults enjoyed the hot tub! The bedrooms and bathroom fit our family numbers perfectly and we will visit this vrbo again for certain. The host was amazing and so so very helpful!

Disney Dream Comes Through

Our host was truly remarkable from start to finish. Windsor Hills what a fantastic community! Nice and quite totally secured! Very close to Disney. Loved the private pool that was the perfect size! Our host included the gas grill for no extra charge . The layout was perfect for our family. I could go on and on. All I can say is we have been coming to Disney for years but this we be our go to house from here on out! Makes it affordable for a family to vacation in style.

So thankful for this stay!

We were without power due to Hurricane Helene. The host was SO kind in getting us in with a last minute booking. This house was exactly the getaway we needed. I was thankful to be able to wash clothes in the new washer and dryer. The kids loved the themed rooms. The pool was fantastic. SO nice to have pool towels to use. Also appreciated the easy check out instructions. I was traveling alone with my sil and our children and appreciated the security for the neighborhood - we felt VERY safe. Also a very quick drive to Walmart as well as to the Disney parks (took us under 15 min from driveway to the gate at MK!). Thank you SO MUCH again!

Spacious, comfortable and well equipped house

Super easy to find location of property and to get into house. Really lovely to see a beautiful house with more than enough accommodation for our family of 6. Pool and hot tub very welcoming! Although late when we arrived from the UK - via Tampa (highly recommend) decided to do a quick shop - Walmart only very few minutes away! We were unlucky to arrive as tropical storm Debby arrived as well so couldn’t do much for the first 2 days. After that.visited Disney and Iniversal which were very easy to get to - Disney only about 15 minutes away. Very comfortable beds and really nice rooms. Sadly, only stayed for 9 nights so that was the end of a lovely stay. Very many thanks to the host and owner Janine for all the help she gave.
