Summary:

Stay in the middle of all the fun and entertainment at Orlando’s Heartland. This charming property is located in the idyllic Regal Oaks Resort, a luxurious community with endless amenities for you to enjoy. All the great hallmarks of an Orlando trip are within striking distance. Disney World is 4 miles away, and Universal Studios is only 13 miles away. Other attractions near include SeaWorld, Gatorland, and Kissimmee Old Town which is only a few blocks from the community.



The Space:

Guests can enjoy the outdoor pool with waterslides, poolside bar and grill, fitness center, tennis court, and onsite market. An exceptional array of restaurants and shopping is nearby including with onsite resort amenities.



This home comfortably sleeps 10 guests between 4 private bedrooms and sleeper sofa.



The main level includes an open concept area with casual living space and kitchen and one bedroom and a bathroom. The sectional couch faces a smart tv where you can watch movies or choose from a selection of board games for an evening of family fun at home, or enjoy your private patio surrounded by lush Florida foliage.



Back inside, the fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, toaster, coffee maker, and all the cookware you’ll need to make convenient meals at home. The spacious dining table has seating for 6 where you can share breakfast before hitting the parks, or dinner while reliving all the day’s adventures.



The upper level includes a Master Bedroom suite with a King size bed, smart tv and ensuite bathroom with shower tub combo. Another bedroom has a queen size bed with a smart tv. Last but not least is the bedroom with Yoda themed this include 2 twin size beds and smart tv and another bathroom.



THINGS TO NOTE:

Hot tub now available for guest use.

A full size sleeper sofa is provided in the living room.

Parking space is provided.

Washer and dryer in unit.

-In case of hurricanes or inclimate weather or due to necessary repairs, certain amenities may be closed and unavailable during your stay. We cannot guarantee the availability of each amenity​ in the community.

-Due to unusually high amount of theft and destruction we regret to tell you we no longer supply wash clothes. If this is a “must have” item for you, you may request them ahead of your stay. Thank you for understanding as this helps keep our rent low for you and your family.

Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of $30 per additional hour requested. For all reservations made through our official website, guests will be required to complete a secure verification process through our third-party partner, Autohost. This process helps us ensure the safety and integrity of all stays. Our full privacy policy, which explains how your information is handled and protected, is available upon request prior to booking.

A $10 refundable deposit is required

Had a bit of a hiccup with the check in lock-key but the speed and ease of the communication was impecable. The perfect distance from both major theme parks. Very clean, exactly as shown in the photos. Overall great stay and would look forward to staying again.
