  • Welcome to Solaris Retreat, a stunning 5-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom vacation townhome located in the highly sought-after gated Solara Resort—just 10 minutes from Disney World. Designed with both comfort and style in mind, this home accommodates up to 10 guests and is perfect for families and groups looking to stay close to Orlando's world-famous attractions.

    The spacious layout includes three King bedrooms with private bathrooms, plus fun-themed rooms for the kids—Star Wars and Frozen—making it as magical inside as it is outside. The open-concept living area features a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, a large dining space, and a cozy living room for relaxing evenings.

    Step outside to your own private screened-in oasis, complete with a sparkling pool, spillover spa, sun loungers, and outdoor seating—the perfect spot to unwind after a day of adventure.

    As part of the Solara Resort, guests also enjoy access to incredible amenities including a resort-style pool, lazy river, fitness center, kids' splash zone, and more—ensuring every day of your stay is filled with fun and relaxation.

    • POOL HEAT:

    Heating is available for $35 per day (plus tax) with a 5-day minimum and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Please note the attached spa is not a hot tub—it does not have jets, and it heats to the same temperature as the pool, not exceeding 90°F. The heating system uses heat exchange, which does not operate in temperatures below 50°F. No refunds will be provided if the pool does not reach the desired temperature in cold weather.

    We do not offer grill as standard feature; However, we can rent a grill for your stay - Please, contact us after booking for more information.

Beautiful place to stay, loved the pool. My only suggestion would be to let people know of the lack of blankets. We were freezing at night. I would have brought blankets if I had known. Overall a great place to stay!

Beautiful home that fit all our families needs for a great home Base for our vacation. Clean house, newer appliances, loved the themed rooms for the kids, plenty of space to spread out and relax. The pool and sitting area outback was a great place to end the day.

The house was well suited for our group. Good space to lounge and sleep, kitchen was perfect for our large group and the kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool both at the house and the resort.

Our family of 8 ( 5 adults and 3 young children) enjoyed our stay here. The property was clean and there was plenty of space for all of us. The host answered all questions in a timely manner and advised us who to call when we were having issues with the pool not being heated. A service person came out and resolved the issue.We would recommend this property to other families looking to stay in the Orlando area.

Great place to stay for visiting the parks. Quiet neighborhood. No major issues checking in or out. Place was clean. Small appliances worked great. Minor hippups No ice or ice cube containers in freezer had to bring in own ice. Half the bathrooms didn't have toilet paper so we made it work since there were 5 of them. Never used the pool, too busy and tired after walking around all day. Washer and dryer were nice and did there job. Never went to the club house. Overall very impressed would stay here again.

Our stay was from Dec. 19-28. The house was very comfortable and exactly as shown. The only complaint was the Bar Stools were extremely uncomfortable. Cushions had seen better days. Would definitely stay here again. We were so busy that we didn’t get a chance to use the Resort.

Was a beautiful place with all kitchen supplies needed. The check in was a nightmare though. Didn't get instructions or code till I messaged them an hour before we stayed to tell them I don't know how to get in. Then there is no mention that you have to go to a guard shack to be able to get something so they can let you go in. The place was clean and beautiful, and the kids loved their rooms. If it wasn't for the check in and delayed instructions for entry it would have been a 5 star rating for sure!!

Place was a great size, clean and great location. There were not enough towels for 8 people staying 6 nights. Upstairs shower doors needed maintenance. There was only 1 roll of papertowels, 2 trashbags, and 1 dishwasher pod provided. Overall it was a great value.

Perfect family rental!

This property was perfect for our family vacation to Orlando. Traffic getting to and from Orlando can be a nuisance, especially on the weekend. But this property is perfectly located between Disney and Universal. The private pool was a hit with all the kids and teens. Property management was very quick to respond when we had some minor issues upon arrival. Overall, this property was perfect for our group of 7. Will definitely stay here next time we’re in Orlando.

Loved that 3 of the 5 bedrooms have their own master bath! My granddaughter loved the frozen decorated room. Loved the lay out with a small sitting area upstairs. Downstairs is not large but well laid out with open kitchen, dining and living area that has a sliding glass door to the outdoor small pool. Close to the Disney parks. It usually took about 20 minutes. I would rent this property again!

The property was great. Accessing the estate through the entry gate was sometimes dodgy. Communication with the property managers via email was fantastic. Can’t say the same for reaching them by phone which could be frustrating.

Better instruction regarding how to access the gated community would have been helpful as Google directed us to one of the secure gates that were not in operation. The suite was great, unfortunately the pool heater did not get turned on for us…..and my wife discovered a baby cockroach in the bed on arrival…….some spare blankets due to the cold weather would have been helpful as well.
