The staff was very courteous and friendly. After checking in and going to my room when we got there the door was ajar. We found the room clean and no one insides the room but the door did not lock. We went and reported the issues and they then sent someone up and the lock mechanism was changed and the door was able to be secured. While it was a bit of a hinderance as we were tired and ready to relax after a long day a thw airport and flight in. It was handled fairly quick. With having to wait for the door to be fixed we decided to just order door dash. Unfortunately to no fault of the hotel some other guest took our order when it arrived. We were srill hungry and tired so we used uber eats and that was delivered no problem. I would stay again though. It was inexpensive, the beds were soft.
