Orlando Area 4 BR/3 BA Villa - Pool, Spa, Game Room, Wi-Fi, Gated Community

Our villa is a spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, 1700 square foot, pet free home, in a quiet gated community located in a country setting and enjoy a hotel license for a maximum of eight guest and is set up to accommodate stays of five nights or more.

The Villa has king beds in both master bedrooms with private bathrooms, plus two twin beds in each of the other two bedrooms, separated by a full bath. The villa is only 12 miles from the Walt Disney exit on Rt 192.

Our rate is ALL inclusive, other than a modest cleaning fee, which will allow you to have unlimited use of the pool heat, and setting the house temperature to your liking.

The villa has a Reme Halo Whole Home In-Duct Air Ultraviolet Cell light purifier installed in the AC air exchanger. The 2020 upgrade was designed to help remove Viruses, Mold, Bacteria, Vocs etc. and is capable of purifying the air as it passes through the central air conditioning system.

The Villa has high speed Wi-Fi throughout as well as pool-side and in the game room. The villa also has ambient Solar Sun Tunnel ceiling lighting in both the kitchen and living room. We have also added Roku's to all TV's so you can stream your favorite shows after a busy day.

Check-in is seamless as you don't need to connect with anyone. All that is waiting to meet you, is a door programmed with your personal security code.

We do maintain a non-smoking residence and restrict pets so that all can enjoy the Villa. Violation of pet policy or non-smoking policy will result in immediate termination of the short term lease and forfeiture of the $200 security deposit. Smoking is permitted outside only.

The Villa has a large screened in lanai with a 15 X 30 pool that runs from 3 ft -6 ft plus a spa and comfy pool furniture. Area around the pool is landscaped with palm trees and flowers. The Pool/ Spa has underwater lights for evening swims. We take security very seriously so the pool is surrounded by fencing as well as a security alarm on the sliding door to alert of anyone exiting the house to the pool area.
Note: In the winter months, it can be quite cold in Florida still, so the pool/spa may not fully heat to the desired temperature or take a little longer. Please keep this in mind if you are choosing our Villa during the winter months and are expecting to swim.

We also have a private gas grille area just outside the pool cage on the left.

The garage has been decorated for a game room with regulation size pool table, 6 foot air hockey table, chairs and ceiling fan.

We strive to make our home cozy as your home away from home. We are working all the time to make updates to ensure you stay is enjoyable. We and our local management company strive to maintain a 5-star rating by our guest.

Villa extra's includes: strollers, a baby high chair, pack and play, baby walker plus hair dryers and an iron/iron board.

Mission Park is a gated community in a country setting, built to accommodate both permanent homeowners as well as homes for short term rentals for vacationers like you. Mission Park has wide sidewalks for that morning or evening walk or jog.

This house is in a great location just on the edge of Orlando in a quiet, secure neighborhood. It was easy to get in and out of and just a short trip to stores and restaurants. The house had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub were perfect for our family. It was very clean and comfortable and truly felt like a home away from home. We needed to reach out to the owner for a minor thing and she responded almost immediately to help us figure things out. We loved our stay here and would definitely stay here again if we are in the area! Highly recommended!

This is the second year we’ve stayed. I’m not related to the host and wasn’t paid for this review- so when I say you will never find a better host, it’s no exaggeration. This host genuinely CARES about your vacation experience. The communication is almost instantaneous if needed. And the continued upgrades and improvements shows her desire to ensure guests get the best out of their visit. I hesitated to write this because I don’t want the booking spaces to fill up lol. But it is what it is…

This is the perfect home for a family to enjoy all that the Orlando area has to offer. Located in a gated community filled with lovely homes. A modern, open floor plan greets you with all the amenities you could hope for. Lavishly decorated and ample supplies for everything you might need. Immaculately clean, a heated pool with a hot tub entertained our grandchildren and children alike. The kitchen is exceptional with an enormous selection of dishes, pots, pans, glasses, appliances, such as a crock pot, blender and much more than we have typically found at other rentals. Delicious meals around the dining room table and the outdoor grill added to our family's happy memories. This one is hard to beat!!

This home offered everything that we needed. Was cozy and exactly as described. The owner was very receptive and prompt and a pleasure to work with. Only complaint was the fluke of cold weather in Florida therefore the jacuzzi and pool heaters could not do a good enough job for us to utilize them as we would have liked

Home is well kept and located close to Disney, Universal, golf and grocery stores. Located in a quiet and secure community. Appreciated the home layout, three bathrooms, washer & dryer and the game room as we travelled with kids and grandkids. Disappointed by the lack of heat for the pool and hot tub. Although advertised as heated, neither one ever attained more than 65 degrees… apparently, the pool heater stops in cold outside weather - which wasn’t expected. Otherwise, we had a great stay and owners were very welcoming and responsive.

Highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay close to Disney. Great gated community and neighbours. Beautiful home, extremely clean, and stocked with all amenities. Amazing area and close to grocery stores, Walmart, and lots of excellent restaurants. Also Debby is an amazing host. I stayed at this house during Hurricane Milton and Debby checked in frequently to make sure we were safe and also offered to work with us should we have decided to leave early. I can't say enough about this property and the host. Highly recommend!

Debby was a wonderful and perfect host! Nothing was a problem for Debby she went above and beyond for us during our stay and made us felt welcome! Would highly recommend this villa as it was perfect for our stay! The pool and jacuzzi was a welcomed treat after a long hot day at a park. The villa had everything and more that you could need and we all slept well in the comfy beds.. a perfect 2 weeks was had by us all and we miss it very much

The property was spacious and clean. The kitchen was well stocked with all necessary items . The bedrooms were nicely decorated. A couple of suggestions. 1. Please install lamps on the night stands. 2. A couple of the vanity bulbs were out. 3. One of The garage fluorescent bulbs out.

The house was exactly what our family needed for our vacation and quickly became a home away from home. It was a very short drive to get groceries or anything else that we needed while away and a quick drive to all the attractions that we were going to visit. It was clean, well taken care of, and much bigger than it looked in the pictures. The kids were in the pool everyday that they could be and the area on the back porch was a great place for my wife and I to unwind after hitting the parks. They thought of everything accommodation wise. They extra linens, towels, pool towels, even extra tips for the pool sticks and an extra gas tank for the grill. The kids loved staying in themed rooms and my wife and I enjoyed the themed coffee cups that made our trip just a little bit more special. Debby was very communicative and responded almost instantly when we reached out to her for anything. Needless to say, when we come back to Orlando, we know exactly where we are going to stay!

As a family, we have stayed in many villas in the Orlando area over 3 decades. This is one of my favourite and best experiences. The house had a lovely vibe and was well presented. The size and quality of the pool was great. The estate was well managed and immaculately kept. The house was extremely well equipped with all sorts of things you don't normally expect. We have a 4 year old and did all the theme parks. The house had a sturdy Jeep running buggy which was an absolute life saver for us and our daughter. During the stay, the washing machine broke. We reported it to Debby (owner) who got a brand new machine purchased and installed within 48 hours.... incredible. Debby was so easy to communicate with and answered messages very quickly. She obviously really cares about the house and customer experience. We will be looking to return here on our next visit.

This property was fantastic. It is equipped with everything that you can think of and spotless. Beds were super comfy. We had a very hot week so the pool was used every day and in the evening. The kids loved it. Check in was a breeze and location was out of the way but not too far from attractions. Any issue or questions were dealt with in the same day. The owners were great. Quiet neighborhood. Hoping to go again.

We all loved staying here so much. The kids loved the theme room and the big pool. Adults loved having our own bathrooms and that the pool had a little spa area to relax. The owner is amazing answered my questions really fast! Definitely would stay here again! Can’t wait to come back from Massachusetts!

Property was just as described. In a nice quiet neighborhood not far from Disney. We would definitely book again if in the area. It was the perfect place for our families spring break vacation! This property was better than we ever expected. It is exactly what you would want a vacation home to be. The management was beyond quick to respond to any question we had. The house had a beautiful, heated, private pool and spa. The veranda had shade for those who like a cool place to sit and read and loungers for those who like a bit more sun. It was clean and well-stocked. With plenty of room to relax. A beautiful home. We will stay here again!

I travelled with my child and aging mother and this home exceeded our expectations. Mother appreciated the single level home, large walk in shower with perfectly placed handbars, steps in/out of the “just right” heated pool AND spa and the easy to slide patio doors. My son loved everything, including the large soaker tub, garage game room and his own bedroom tv. I loved the pure welcome vibe and felt at home with everything I needed to have a great, safe, stress-free, relaxing holiday. Beautiful. We will be back for sure!
