Looking for a vacation home that has a games room, a private pool and spa, and will sleep up to 8 people? If so, read on.

This home is newly furnished with retro type furniture throughout the home.

The home has 2 living room areas. The first living room, which is more of a conversation room, is right by the front door, and it has a comfortable sofa and a desk that has charging ports and wireless charging. It's a great place for a couple of people to sit down and have a quiet conversation or check your emails.

The second living room, the main living room, is well-lit, has a comfortable sectional sofa, and it has a flat screen TV. This room is ideal for everyone to watch a great Disney movie together before heading out to the parks. Looking over the main living room is the kitchen. It has an island, modern appliances, and it comes fully equipped with everything you'd need to put together tasty home-cooked meals. When it's time to eat, you can do so at either the breakfast bar, breakfast nook, or formal dining area.

If you want to be kept entertained while staying here, you won't be disappointed. First, there's a games room in the garage. Here, you'll find a pool table and foosball table. If you want some outdoor fun, head to the screened-in pool area at the back of the house. Here, you'll find a lagoon-shaped pool to cool off in and a spa to relax in. For those that want to work on their tan, there are sunbeds dotted around the pool area.

There are four bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in the home. All bedrooms have Tv's.

Bedroom # 1, the master bedroom, has a king-sized bed, walk in closet and an ensuite bathroom and is located at the far end of the home by the kitchen.

The second master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, ensuite bathroom and is located at the front of the home.

Bedroom number 3 has 2 twin beds.

Bedroom number 4 has a queen-sized bed.

Bedrooms 3 and 4 have a shared bathroom and are in the middle of the home.

Other conveniences include free Wi-Fi Internet access, optional pool heat (where available), and in-unit laundry facilities.

PLEASE NOTE: Pool heat/Spa is an optional amenity that is an additional cost to the reservation and can be added to a reservation for a daily rate that varies per home. When pool heat is requested and purchased by you, the pool heater is turned on 1-24 hours prior to your check in date and runs for approximately 8-12 hours per day. Pool heaters operate on a timer that are set to come on in the morning and go off in the evening. ***Min 3 nights $152 plus tax 4 night $188 plus tax 5+days $45/per day plus tax

This home is not pet friendly. Due to severe allergies of one of the owners, we are not able to accommodate Service Animals.

Community Description

Windwood Bay is a small subdivision in Davenport close to Disney World. The community is split into two areas, one is single family homes for Residents and vacation homes and the second is smaller for town homes. The development is close to stores and restaurants and the main SR27 and Interstate 4 so it is easy to get to the east and west coast beaches as well as downtown Orlando and the Orlando Universal Studios and SeaWorld. There are no resort amenities.
