The open concept living room has plenty of seating for the whole gang. Curl up on the comfy wrap-around sofa for a laid-back movie night in front of the huge 75” Roku TV. Cooking is a breeze in the large, fully-equipped kitchen. The kitchen overlooks the living room making it easy to engage with family and friends while whipping up your favorite snacks or gourmet meals. The kitchen table seats 5, while the beautifully decorated dining room seats 8 (There is also seating available for poolside dining).
In the mood to soak up some of that famous Florida sunshine? Venture out to the screened-in lanai where you can enjoy a dip in your own private pool and spa! The lanai also features ample seating, including an outdoor dining set and loungers.
Ready for friendly competition? You are in Luck! This gorgeous home includes a game room featuring a pool table, foosball, and a 42" TV.
SLEEP SOUNDLY IN SUMPTUOUS ACCOMMODATIONS
You will sleep like a baby after your day of Florida sun and fun in one of the beautifully decorated bedrooms. Sleeping 14 comfortably, everyone is sure to find a bedroom that fits them perfectly. The home features 2 downstairs bedrooms and 5 upstairs bedrooms.
With all the conveniences of home, including a full size washer & dryer and FREE WIFI throughout, this home has all the makings for your perfect vacation.
There is an additional optional charge per day plus tax to heat the pool/spa. The spa will not heat up without the pool heater being turned on.
Please note that our pools are serviced on a weekly basis.

1 small box laundry detergent (enough for one load)
Garbage can liners in each bedroom/bathroom small garbage cans
Any supplies beyond this are up to the guest to replenish, we do not restock these items.
