Overall- the home is beautiful and accommodated our family of 14.Pros: easy check in, great location, great media space, bathroom for every bedroom; pool heaterCons: I kept getting hounded about registering my guests although this information was required, verified, and approved at the time of booking; fire alarm triggered every day of our stay. The first day took maintenance 4 hours to come. We missed our scheduled event waiting while listening to a loud alarming alert the entire time; we were provided no wash cloths and had to purchase our own, we were provided with only two garbage bags. We had to purchase additional. With a house accommodating up to 16 individuals, this was inadequate; we were also charged for leaving trash in the until although there was no additional space for our garbage bags in the bin provided. While the home was nice, we had so many other issues that prevented having the best experience.

Great location! Clean home with basic essentials. Enough space for my group. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Water heater can not keep up with a 6 bathroom home. I suggest changing to instant water heater. Many of us ended up with cold showers multiple times. The amenities in the kitchen are basic. The dishwasher was very dirty inside from previous users. The pool and slides were a lot of fun for the kids and adults. We did not appreciate the charge of 35 per day to park in our own assigned parking spot that no one else is allowed to park on. This was not the case when we stayed in this property last year. I understand changing for a second and third vehicle but the unit already comes with one parking space and we should be allowed to park in that space at no extra charge. We had a short stay but it was a good choice for our purposes. If we had to stay longer than 3 days we would go down the road with equally clean and comfortable rooms, and free parking.

The host neither welcomed nor did not welcome us. No paper towel, no soap, no dish soap, no toilet paper, no additional towel. Very minimum. The place was clean, and that was about it. The internet was super slow. No basic TV channels, and all apps on the TV were not working. Very disappointed.

We went to Universal for mainly for Harry Potter, so the girls were so excited to be in the Harry Potter themed house. The house was clean and it was so much fun finding the hidden room! We would definitely book again.

Property was clean and welcoming when arriving. Rules are a little over the top when it comes to the heating/cooling, BBQ not having a propane tank and very little amenities for cleaning. The property fit our family of 10 nicely and even had space for 3 vehicles.

Very good location, next to Sea World, 15min away from Universal Studio.Brand new neiborhood, so everything is clean. House was fantastic; large.and perfect for big group. Communication with owner is always kept active. In any case of problem/emergency, they are there to assist.The Paradiso Grande Clubhouse is absolutely gorgeous. Every amenities are present, bar, food, arcade, gym... Wish I stayed longer.

Be Cautious

Overall, not pleased. This is not my first rental/vacation home; however, it is the first time I've had to write a review like this one. I had issues that are yet to be resolved. Granted, I just checked out on the morning of 7/14 around 730 am, but the issues have been communicated since 7/11. My last communication was this morning, 7/14; no response. Forewarning, you will not be able to speak with the owner or whoever is in charge if you have an issue; only be able to speak with someone via Messenger. We were here for my graduation and were planning to celebrate/grill after graduation. I paid a deposit to use the grill before arrival, refilled an empty propane tank that was there per Majic Box, and went shopping for food that I was unable to cook on the grill due to a missing hose. Also had already cooked and prepped my side dishes, anticipating the use of the grill. I immediately contacted Majic Box via text once I realized the missing part. They stated that the part/hose was there after the previous occupants left, and they don't know what happened to it. After looking at the grill, that grill had never been used. MB stated maintenance will deliver the part ASAP. After multiple messages/communications with them, maintenance finally showed up around 9 pm, only to say that he doesn't have the part and that he will go to the part store the next morning and have it fixed ASAP. Maintenance never showed up the next day! Vacation spoiler. Be warned! No BBQ, pizza instead!

Lovely stay perfect for everyone in your party!

We loved this property, it was insulate and every detail thought of. We loved the themed rooms and how modern everything was. The only thing we desired was extra towels and linens, as well as basics, however they did let us know ahead of time that this was self-providing property but it was hard as I didn’t have time to do any proper shopping for the extra that would be needed. However this didn’t put a damper on our stay, we felt very comfortable for our part of 16, and you can’t beat the location in the heart of Orlando attractions. This is the first time I would say I will return to a rental property!! I highly recommend you stay here in your next Orlando vacation
