Older home very well maintained. We took our two grand daughters and they loved the pool! Had a problem with the internet and was resolved that evening. Would recommend and would stay again. Neighborhood is quiet and safe.

Spring break fun

Everything here was just as advertised. Clean property, heated pool, basic supplies in kitchen. No surprises. We had a great time hanging in the pool, and the kids enjoyed the game room.

Holiday home

It was our 2nd stay and we loved it just as much as the first time. It is a very cozy and convenient villa at an ideal location for trips. Indoors gives the atmosphere of your regular home. Outdoors with the terrace and swimming pool is a perfect setting to fully enjoy the beautiful weather. Availbility and support of owner is excellent.

Close to the parks

We enjoyed our stay. The house was close to all Disney parks. Universal was about 30 minutes away. I would recommend bringing your own fan for the master bedroom. The ceiling fan works but the master bedroom stays a little hotter than the rest of the house. We would definitely stay here again.

There were ants in the house which made it very disgusting to attempt to make or cook anything. I did update the manager and recieved no response. Also did ask that the pool get heated and paid extra for that and it was not heated.

Amazing!

This property was fantastic! It was super clean and well-equipped. The house was perfectly located for where we wanted to go (close to the Disney parks, stores, restaurants, etc). There was a small hurricane/tropical storm happening during our stay and the pool and game room kept the kids entertained for the day until things opened back up the next day. A great price for the property. Would definitely recommend!!!

Needs a Deep Cleaning

Overall impression of this property is it needs some upkeep. While the pictures did reveal that the furniture was dated, that was not the problem, the property needed a deep cleaning. The carpet is filthy, vacuuming alone is not sufficient. Consider shampooing or replacing. Pool and hot tub needed to be cleaned. Hot tub had some black residue. Refrigerator does not get cold enough. The table mats were sticky from left over syrup. There was a water bottle found under living room chair. Blinds did not fully cover windows and some were missing. There is a terrible insect problem. Pest control is recommended. I wanted to cook but the insects were a turn off. Renters should also be able to lower ac under 72 degrees. Its Florida and it's hot! The home was very humid. Ceiling fan in master needs to be repaired it is being held by tape. Overall the property needs some TLC.

Our family of 4 really enjoyed this property. House was clean and stocked with enough amenities to get us started. Close to a Walmart and restaurants, and easy access to the highway to get to Disney.

Great house!

The house and property was perfect for what we needed. Plenty of room to spread out. The week went by so fast with so many attractions nearby! But be warned if you don’t already know.. Florida traffic is insane!

Excellent villa

The villa was a very good size and had everything needed to make it an enjoyable stay. Being disabled I had the large bedroom with the en-suite bathroom which suited me fine. The pool was lovely for the kids and there were plenty of inflatables and other things to keep the kids amused they loved it The games room was a plus the kids loved the pool table etc there was something for all ages in there. The location was great. We hired a car and found this necessary to get around. The airport was about 40 minutes drive. Disney was 10 minutes away. Universal Studios and Seaworld were about 30 minutes and Busch gardens about 45 minutes. There was a Walmart 10 minutes away with a pharmacy which was really good. The prices were a bit higher than expected There were little touches which were appreciated The only downsize to the villa for me being disabled was the en-suite toilet was very low and there were no handrails in the shower. We bought a toilet seat and handrail from Walmart which solved the problem. The villa needed some updating but despite that it was perfect for us Would definitely recommend this villa

Quite , and convenient location great pool with privacy

Nice quite neighborhood .Walmart 5 min an disney 15 -20 min drive. The pool was clean, it has a shallow side an deep side ..very nice! The hottub was a little dated but still enjoyable. The Host was very kind an checked on us via txt messages to make sure we settled in an we were 😊 happy. The house has alot of extra amenities that she said we were welcomed to use.. We were all very pleased with our stay❤️
