1) Is pool and spa heat extra?
Yes. Pool and spa heat can be added for $30/day + tax. The pool heater heats the pool to ~88 degrees and the spa to ~101 degrees. The spa will not heat up unless pool/spa heat is purchased.
2) Is there a BBQ grill?
A BBQ grill is not kept at the home. We will provide information where a gas grill can be rented and delivered to the house. Charcoal grills are not allowed.
3) Does the home have a child safety fence blocking the pool?
There is a child safety fence and a pool alarm on the door leading out to the pool.
4) Is the kitchen fully stocked?
The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, cooking utensils, flatware, plates, glasses, etc. (Due to liability reasons no food or food related items are provided.)
5) What type of coffee maker is in the home?
Drip and K-Cup coffee makers are provided.
6) Are linens and towels provided?
Linens and towels (including pool towels) are provided.
7) What paper products and cleaning products are provided?
Only starter amounts of paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags and cleaning products are provided. (This is an industry standard practice.)
8) Is Wifi provided for free?
Complimentary wireless internet is provided.
9) Is smoking allowed in the home or by the pool? Are pets allowed?
Smoking is NOT allowed in the home or by the pool. Pets of any kind are NOT allowed.
10) What are the times for check-in and checkout?
Check-in is at 4 PM. Checkout is at 10 AM.
11) Are there limits on the number of cars guests can have?
Windsor Hills Resort limits the number of cars per reservation to 3 cars.

We were very happy with our stay. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The one trundle bed didn’t have sheets on it and I messaged the property manager and they delivered it in less than 30 minutes. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend.

Our stay was wonderful. Our boys loved the game room, and the pool was the perfect temperature. The beds were comfortable, and the house was very clean. We had a question for the property manager, and he responded immediately. We would certainly stay here again.

We love to stay in a home because we like to cook as well as relax from the parks. This house was the best stocked house we have ever rented. The kitchen had plenty of pots, pans, dishes, utensils as well as prep items like measuring cups, spoons, knives, pans, etc. There was plenty of bath, hand and beach towels for the pool as well. This is how every vacation home should be stocked but many other properties are not or as well cleaned like this one. We will be back!

Gorgeous house and perfect location

This house was absolutely perfect for us! The pool was a hit with everyone, the layout of the house was great, kitchen was beautiful, tvs everywhere, and it was clean! The location was exactly as described. Getting in and out of the gate was a breeze. The pool and slides at the club house were a great addition and the fact that they have a little store there with drinks, food and other things was wonderful! Will stay here again for sure!

Great location and lots of fun at the house and community areas.

We had a small family trip and everyone enjoyed the quiet and comfort of the house. You definitely have to bring all the basics like seasonings, trash bags, and toilet paper. A small sacrifice for the location and amenities. The community gym/pool/water slides/grill and spray ground were so much fun and had plenty of lifeguards and staff to make sure people were safe and following the rules. Very family friendly. Didn't have to do a big crazy list of check out tasks. Will definitely consider coming back again. Communication with the owners/management was timely and detailed.

Loved the house, the neighborhood, the waterpark, and proximity to Disney World. Loved how Walmart was so close, which really made shopping super easy. Pool was wonderful and plenty of bedrooms/ bathrooms and the amount of space we had. Wished we could've stayed longer. I’d stay there again without question.

Overall a good experience.

This property is very nice, comfortable, has well appointed kitchen with dishes/cookware. We love the seamless check-in procedure. A great place for our bringing our family together from 4 locations for spring break. I would suggest checking parking limitations prior to booking.Our Host (Keith) was excellent with communicating information and responding to any concern. However property management service response was not as good. Although minor issues discovered after check in was addressed it took a second call to be told my message was received. I must mention the location was great not only for visiting the Disney but also for golfing.

Such a great experience!

This property is just exactly how it is described and pictured. Plenty of space for a large family. The location is perfect for getting to and from the parks. The owner and their team were outstanding in their quickness to communicate effectively with us. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend it to all of our friends and family!

Centrally located, clean, & charming

This was a quick hit the parks trip prior to a family cruise. This location was great! Close to all the shopping… btw, Walmart is a zoo late at night! Wonderful place with great accommodations! Clean, comfortable, charming environment. Everything was well kept, we used the baby pack&play, the pool towels, the pool/hot tub… it was all as advertised. We definitely needed the hot tub post Disney parks. I’d highly recommend spending the extra to heat the pool! We didn’t get much of a chance to use the game room as we spent a lot of time at Disney, but it was all available. We did use the washer/dryer and some of the kitchen items. They all worked well and each was in their place. I’d definitely stay here again. Such an easy process and not a single hassle.
