Welcome to Disney Dream Villa – your perfect family retreat just 12 miles from Walt Disney World!
Our beautifully furnished 5BR/5BA home features two king master suites, a Mickey-themed kids’ room, and a spacious upstairs family suite with a queen and two twins. The loft includes a game area with air hockey, foosball, Xbox, PS4, and board games. Downstairs, the garage has been transformed into a cozy, air-conditioned theater room with a 100” screen and recliners.

Relax outdoors in the screened lanai with a private pool and spa, dining and lounging area, and even a TV so you can watch your favorite shows in the sun! Enjoy access to Solterra Resort’s amenities including a lazy river, waterslide, zero-entry pool, clubhouse gym, café, and pickleball courts.

Everything went smoothly at our stay. I loved having bathrooms for everyone considering that we had family and a friend. I loved having a full master bedroom downstairs for my husband who had a hard time going upstairs. The kids amenities were a life saver having 4 boys ages 8-13. They were super happy and occupied in their spare time, allowing for the rest of us to just relax. We cooked a little and we found everything we needed. I may suggest a pizza pan or something round that we can cook a pizza on. I think that was the only thing missing. Loved our stay and would recommend it to anyone.

A vacation to remember

This beautiful home was everything we were looking for. It was stocked with all the right items we were not able to pack. Devon was amazing to get a hold of at any point during our stay. She made us feel very welcome and accommodated us on every need. The extras the resort offered (lazy river, water slides and tiki bar) did not disappoint either. This was a vacation to remember and we will definitely be staying here again. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!

Beautiful Home but needs some upgrades

This vacation home stood up to its internet appearances, with a clean and pleasant ambiance throughout our one-week visit. Devon was responsive and professional during our stay. Despite the property's attractiveness, a few places needed improvement to boost visitor satisfaction. When we arrived, towels and washcloths were stored in one location rather than in each bathroom's linen closet. The pool towels were also ripped and useless. The master bathroom's water pressure was likewise low or needed a showerhead update. A soothing shower is essential as many tourists will spend their days visiting local sights. Our group had trouble with the propane grill since the tank empty. We had to purchase a tank which was unexpected. In addition, the grill's position on the house's side without shade made cooking difficult in the humid Orlando summer. Finally, the cinema room was lovely, but the air conditioning stopped working three days before we left. This prevented us from fully enjoying this facility. Despite these difficulties, we would stay here again if we brought our own pool towels and washcloths for comfort. This home may be a great vacation spot with some renovations. Our family enjoyed our stay; however a home of this magnitude should invest on guest experience upgrades.

Fabulous vacation!

Beautiful home and location! We enjoyed every minute of our stay. The movie room & pool were a huge hit with our kids. Many happy memories made. When coming back to area, would definitely rebook. Our host, Devon, was great! Easy to communicate with and quick to respond with our questions. Went to Legoland, Universal Studios, and Disney and house central to all locations.

We had a great time. I did feel like some things were a bit overused and could use updating (swim towels, sheets, dishware to name a few). More games for the xbox and playstation would be helpful since we didn't have those systems at home to bring anything with us. We enjoyed the outdoor area.

Beautiful Oasis

This home is gorgeous, has plenty of space and lots of amenities. The pool area was a family favorite. The kitchen is well stocked. The bedrooms were lovely and comfortable. Our only regret is not booking an additional week.

Amazing property!

The property was clean, decorated beautifully, had everything we could need for our stay and more. We brought things with us that properties don’t usually have and was so pleasantly surprised to find such a well stocked house! The pool area was spread out from the other houses which was so lovely and felt more private and the outdoor furniture was gorgeous and comfortable. The best part of all was the responsiveness and attentiveness of the owners. I’ve always found it frustrating to deal with management companies of these villas but here we were able to talk directly to the owners who were extremely responsive, warm and friendly and cared very much that we were taken care of and comfortable. The property itself was also very well lit and sunny/airy which makes a big difference to us and felt so fresh and inviting. We highly recommend this property!

Lovely home

We enjoyed having the comforts of home during our stay in Orlando. Home and amenities were very comfortable and clean. Kids enjoyed having the pool at the home to play and relax. Lots of space to stretch out and relax. Our only complaint was the process of getting into the resort by car each time, could be lengthy due to the inefficient process. In other resorts we have stayed in we have been given key cards which made that process much more streamlined.
