Spread out and enjoy your very own sunny six bedroom, four bathroom villa in Windsor Hills Resort. Best of all, it is only two miles to Walt Disney World!

Decorated and furnished with special care to be child-friendly, and to offer adults a relaxing and calm atmosphere.
This home is perfect for families, groups of golfers or friends, relocated executives, business travelers, or even extended family reunions. You will love the sun-filled extended screened Lanai with your own private pool and hot tub! Upstairs you will find three master suites with king-sized beds and two en suite bathrooms.

Also upstairs are two additional bedrooms with two twin beds. On the lower level, the sixth bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms have a flat LED TV with cable! The family room is equipped with comfortable seating, a 50' large screen cable LED TV.

With our additional living room, there is plenty of space to spread out. Movie rentals are available on-site in the clubhouse. We provide Secure Wireless Roadrunner high-speed Internet access and free unlimited long distance phone calls within the US! For those travelling with young children, this is the place for you!

We provide a Pack-N-Play playpen, stroller, and high chair free of charge. You will love enjoying a leisurely breakfast while the kids splash happily in the pool. Our game room will keep the kids (and adults) busy with Air Hockey, Pool Table and Playstation 4 game console. Imagine coming home after a fun-filled day at Disney World or Universal Studios, tucking the kids into bed in their own rooms, and enjoying a late dinner or relaxing in the hot tub with your spouse. (Pool heat is optional / additional)

No need for the whole family to have 'lights out' at 8 p.m. when the kids go to bed as you would in a hotel. Many restaurants and shops are within one mile of the house. Groceries, medical clinics, Walmart, and a 24 hour pharmacy are all within minutes. There is golf right next door at beautiful Mystic Dunes. Dozens of other championship golf courses are within 5 miles!

Windsor Hills is a gated resort with 24 hour security. It is filled with family fun, including a huge pool with water slide, hot tub, splash fountain area, sundry shop, fitness centre, kid's playground, arcade, putting green, tennis and volleyball courts, and even a movie theatre!

Disney World is less than five minutes from our house. Universal Studios and Sea World are fifteen minutes away. In between, you will find all the shopping and fun you could dream of. Please see our website, 2 miles to Disney, for information on all of the great area attractions.

We have a wonderful local caretaker who will ensure that the home is ready for your arrival and respond to any needs that arise during your stay.

And of course we provide fresh linens and towels, and an expanded starter package of soaps and paper products. We can't wait to welcome you as guests in your 'home-away-from-home!

Nice house Great location

Location and house was nice. Items reported needing repair, fan vent in bathroom and game room, pool light were not fixed. Host responded quickly. Overall we had a great time. Have stayed in Windsor Hills over 20 years and have always enjoyed it.

Windsor house

Underwhelming, it was not what I was expecting after reading all the reviews. It is in need of a deep cleaning, fresh paint, furniture and appliances from this century. The pool deck is rough and in need of a good power wash as the front entry does too. The beds are uncomfortable especially the one downstairs, it really hurt my back. The sinks and tubs are very old and stained. I wouldn't spend money to stay here again, not worth it when so many nicer, cleaner places are available.

Decent place to stay for Orlando vacation

Pool was nice. Location was good. Resort pool area was very nice and staff were friendly. Nice you can bring your own drinks down to the main resort pool area but can also purchase drinks there. Living room furniture not the most comfortable. Concerned bedding (blankets & pillow shams) not cleaned, only sheets get laundered. Not the most hygienic practice. Recommend this process be changed. Otherwise the home was clean and had no issues.

Beyond Fabulous !!

Fabulous..gorgeous 6 bedroom villa ! So much space and bathrooms / suites for us all !! Fantastic hot tub and pool ! My little grandaughters loved the Ariel room .. and the boys loved the Harry Potter room !! The owner was top- notch to deal with ! So close to the Disney parks .. 5-10 min max ...Starbucks / McDonald's / Walmart 3 min away ..can't wait to return !! Thank You for allowing us to stay in your amazing villa !!

Perfect for an extended family stay!

Really lovely home for an extended family stay! Beds were comfy. For those traveling with small children, perfect easy walk to the playground and great security for the pool. Home reasonably maintained for a high volume rental. Dishwasher was a bit finicky about starting. Also there were several screens missing on the screenhouse around the pool. I assume owners are waiting a bit longer to repair minor damage out of hurricane season and it was not a problem at all for us traveling during winter. But, if you're visiting during love bug season, maybe check in on it!

A good (but just short of great) place, particularly for the price!

TL/DR: The house is in a phenomenal location and the owner was great to work with. The only real negatives were that the house could really use some TLC. But if you’re going to be at the area parks all the time, this place is awesome, and we would absolutely consider staying here again!Check-in/pretrip - SUPER easy, and the owner was both responsive and accommodating of a couple special requests.Location - You’re 10 minutes from Disney property, and there are a TON of restaurants & shopping nearby. Plus, it feels safe, quiet, & well maintained.Cleanliness - Other than a little mildew on the downstairs shower and a couple stains here and there, the place was VERY well kept, so no complaints.Decor - I think “sparse” is the best description. Very little decor around the house, which makes it feel kind of bland. Kids rooms are minimally themed, and the garage is painted, but that’s about it other than a couple generic prints on the walls. Amenities: Really the only disappointing aspect of the stay. For such a nice area, you’d expect a bit more than maybe half a roll of paper towels, less than 1 roll of TP & washcloth per bathroom, & 1 trash bag. Even in the game room, of 5 pool cues, only one was usable, & the table is badly warped.There is nothing about this property that a trip to Costco & some TLC couldn’t improve, and it has a LOT to recommend it. If you’re just looking for a place to sleep (& maybe swim) between park visits, you should absolutely check it out!

Property was everything described. Perfect for our 3 families. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub too. And the property manager was wonderful and accommodating to last minute changes and a few issues. Their response was immediate. Would rent this house again.

Wonderful Stay!

We had a wonderful stay! Would absolutely recommend and definitely would book again. Very organized, pool and game room awesome. Hot tub was the biggest plus for us! Very quick and easy check in, communication was suprt quick. So close to parks! Highly recommend

The home was spacious with an excellent layout, including the kitchen area, and covered deck so no mosquitoes got in There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our large multi generational family. The A/C worked very well , the games room with the HP decor was wonderful The few negatives were, the kitchen could use a few more things (oven mitts, an extra frying pan etc There weren’t any full length mirrors This is a minor issue We loved the clubhouse pool which looked like a resort (palm trees, walk in like a beach) perfect for families, and water park We went to visit the Disney Parks & Universal Parks and this was a wonderful vacation home for our family

Practically Perfect in Every Way!

Great neighborhood with gated security and zero entry pool and splash area. Ten minutes from Disney. Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. Communication with the owner was amazing. Best ever! She responded quickly and was able to accommodate us for an extra night due to weather. The house had a good starter supply of paper goods and such. The bedding was clean and the furnishings very comfortable. There were plenty of dishes, utensils, pots and pans, and small appliances. The showers were good and strong, something we appreciate after slathering ourselves in sunscreen every day. The pool area was well appointed and a refreshing brek from our busy park days. Everything in and out of the home was in good working order. We've stayed in over a dozen homes in Windsor Hills over the years. It's the best community in our opinion and this home was perfect for our summer getaway.

Disney Trip

Great Location but needs love

This home was perfect for our needs but the home has some deferred maintenance items. The shower pan in the primary bedroom is peeling, the floors were so squeaky that it woke people up, the kitchen was absolutely barren. While at the property the water heater was leaking everywhere on the garage and we tried to get in touch with the property manager but they are only available Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. The garage rug and furniture were soaked. We paid for the hot tub to be heated and it did not get to temperature. The thermostat is faulty. The home slept our party comfortably but we would not rent again. This home is heavily worn.

Spring Break 2023 and A Birthday celebration!!

Windsor Hill is a nice and quiet area. The home comfortable, spacious and well stocked. The home had what we needed to make our week enjoyable. Our boys enjoyed the swimming pool daily, pool table and air hockey. My husband and I enjoyed the whirlpool spa as well as the other amenities! We couldn’t have expected any more. The owner very quick to respond and very knowledgeable! We look forward to visiting this home again. Thanks!

Disney Adventure 2023

We came down with family for a Disney and Universal Studios vacation. This home is in a PERFECT location. Very close to the parks and every need nearby. We loved having a pool for down time. Plenty of bathrooms for all. Lol. A priority for our family!! Home was clean. Showed some normal wear and tear but met all of our needs. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back for a future visit.

Neat & Clean, close to Disney

Neat, clean and met our needs. Beds were comfortable. We appreciated the multiple layers of pool safety. Kitchen had the basics. Lots of towels, including pool towels and plenty of pool toys. Great location to be close to the Disney world property.

Great Location lots of room

Overall we loved the house. It's in a great location close to everything, and the space is amazing for bigger families. The house however is starting to show its age needs TLC. Upon check in there was black mold around the tub and shower surrounds and the calking is coming off needs to be replaced (I bought Cleaner and cleaned it so its back to being sparkly). The hot tub had a lot of sand in it (took 3 cleans before we could use it) two of the jets are not working 100 we told the pool guy, it could be plugged. The hot tub cover was old and broken very heavy from water in it, it is by far not a new hot tub. The bean bag chairs were missing from the game room due to a previous guest ruining them. I contacted the owner within mins she contacted me back told the manager who in turn met us at the house the next day with new chairs, and ordered a new hot tub cover!. We also found a few more issues which we showed the manager he was on top of, and very easy to work with. They were grateful we told them of issues previous guest's had done so they can correct it. For the price and for the space was worth it. My daughter loved the ariel room. The heated pool was great especially on cooler nights. we enjoyed our stay.
