Yes. Pool and spa heat can be added for $30/day + tax. The pool heater heats the pool to ~88 degrees and the spa to ~101 degrees. The spa will not heat up unless pool/spa heat is purchased.

A BBQ gas grill is kept at the home. There is a rental cost to use. Charcoal grills are not allowed.

Beautiful home! So spacious, with nearly every amenity we could think of. The gaming room was awesome and provided hour of entertainment. The movie theater room was great, with tons of seating. Would definitely recommend!!

Everything was very clean. Lots of dishes in the kitchen. Pool area was awesome and watching shows on the big screen from the water was so fun! We loved all the bedrooms and space of this house. We did have an issue with the hot tub heat our last night which was a bummer. The host was super responsive about it and unfortunately just couldn’t get it fixed at that time of the day. Movie theater and game room were also a big hit, lots of fun for everyone! This was about 40 minutes from Universal if that is in your travel plans. Disney wasn’t far at all. Would stay here again, no questions!

This place was perfect for our family’s Orlando vacation. It was our second stay at the Windsor at Westside resort and we highly recommend this house. Our main goal was visiting theme parks and both Disney and Universal are within easy reach. My husband recently had knee surgery and stayed behind at the house w/o a car for a few days. Heloved the whirlpool/hot tub for his knee and walking to the nearby resort restaurant for food. He also watched many movies and tv in the theatre with the comfy theatre seats. My teenagers also loved the theatre, game room, and pool. I don’t know how they had energy after the parks, but they stayed up late playing video games and watching movies and we could barely hear them from the master bedroom.I was a bit worried that the houses are so close together, but with the privacy screen and landscaping you can’t see neighbors while in the pool. The pond views are also beautiful.The house was very clean and well cared for. We did have an issue when we arrived late at night and the outside was very dark. However, the hosts were very responsive and property management came out quickly the next morning after I messaged them and replaced the burned out porch bulb.Instructions for getting into the gates and house were very clear and easy to follow.Thank you for a great vacation.

We just stayed at this property and loved it. The house fit all of our party plus some. Pictures were very accurate. Our children loved the arcade and movie room, plus the outside pool theater entertainment. Host was responsive to any concern. We had one hiccup with the pool heat and it was answered very promptly. Would recommend and would stay again next time we visit.

It was perfect for our group of friends who come together once a year from different states. The arcade and movie room were great for keeping everyone entertained at home.One tip: most vacation rentals include basic kitchen items like salt, pepper, or cooking oil. This one only had dishwasher soap and paper towels. Be sure to add cooking basics items to your grocery run. AND the Alien game is very loud. Other than that, it's a perfect place for friends and family gatherings.

Great home, responsive hosts

Great home with plenty of amenities to keep the family busy. We booked as an end of summer trip before the kids started/retuned to college and they really enjoyed the movie theatre, pool and the arcade (especially during competition nights). The home is spacious so everyone felt they had their own space when needed. The check-in and checkout process was easy and our host was extremely responsive from the time I booked and throughout the process. Will book again in the future.

Great house, bad neighbors

Enjoyed the house, which was as advertised. The themed bedrooms were even better than the pictures showed, and were enjoyed by the grandkids. No issues with the house other than a smoke alarm that went off (dead batteries), for which we needed to go and buy batteries and fix ourselves as this happened on a weekend. Household items that would have been nice to have: whisk, scissors, pen or pencil. Property manager was very responsive by text, even after hours. The neighborhood was disappointing. We had next-door neighbors (houses are very close to each other) blaring music - which I guess is ok if you're a fan of Mexican hip-hop. One night the music continued well past midnight; so much for the roving security team that is supposed to enforce the 10 pm quiet time. The entry gates for the neighborhood were apparently in a transition phase; the wait to get through the gate was sometimes 10 minutes as cars in front of us stopped to check in as newly arrived guests. Eventually a second security guard would open another lane for those with keycards to bypass the check-in lane, but they really need to figure out a more efficient way to get people into the neighborhood. Bottom line is we thoroughly enjoyed the house, but would never stay in that neighborhood again.

An awesome Vacation

We had 14 of us stay here! Ranging from 9 years old, a 12 year old, 4 in their early 20’s right up to 70 year olds!! So much in this place for everyone to do!! Everything got used! From the game room upstairs to the theatre room, the outdoor tv’s and the pool and hot tub! We always were busy and the kids loved being at the house! Would surely recommend this house!!

Last minute getaway from the Ohio snow.

Main reason for picking this house was the pool and hot tub and they did not disappoint. Game room and theater room were a bonus. There is some minor wear and tear but nothing unexpected. The floor and grill were dirtier than expected. One person complained a bed was worn on one side making it uncomfortable. This is our third different Orlando home rental in the past 10 years and was overall a great home for the 8 of us. Great memories made.

Great Place overall

Overall, great property, and great experience. We needed to get in a few hours early, and they were very accommodating. The only thing I would ding it for: I usually do a pretty thorough job reading descriptions and I was surprised to see a 90 grill cleaning fee, I didn’t see it until the rental agreement. We had planned to use the grill one night, but adding 90 to your dinner tab didn’t seem realistic. Would 100% stay there again.
