POOL HEAT:

Pool heat is available for an additional fee. Please contact us at least 72 hours prior to arrival if you would like to add pool heat to your reservation.

The home includes a private washer and dryer, along with an iron and ironing board, making it easy to keep up with laundry during your stay.

There is no garage parking. Parking is available in the driveway for up to 2 vehicles.

This two-story vacation home is licensed by the State of Florida and equipped with required safety features, including smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, and pool safety alarms and/or a pool safety fence.

SELF-CATERING HOME:

This is a self-catering vacation home, which means you will have the accommodations and facilities needed to prepare your own meals, but additional household supplies are not replenished during your stay.

A small starter supply may be provided and can include bathroom soap, one trash bag in each garbage can, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, a small amount of laundry detergent, dish detergent, and dishwasher tabs. Guests should plan to purchase any additional supplies needed for the remainder of their stay.
