Yes. Pool and spa heat can be added for $30/day + tax. The pool heater heats the pool to ~88 degrees and the spa to ~101 degrees. The spa will not heat up unless pool/spa heat is purchased.
2) Is there a BBQ grill?
A BBQ gas grill is kept at the home. There is a rental cost to use. Charcoal grills are not allowed.
3) Does the home have a child safety fence blocking the pool?
There is a child safety fence blocking the pool.
4) Is the kitchen fully stocked?
The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, cooking utensils, flatware, plates, glasses, etc. (Due to liability reasons no food or food related items are provided.)

A house like this that caters to family is inevitably going to expect to see some wear and tear. The management team was exceptionally responsive when needs arose. I do wish they had more chairs at the counter. Several of those were missing. The beds are not the most comfortable and very loud, but did not detract from a great trip.TIP: Be prepared to bring your own toilet paper, soap and shampoo/conditioner. There is a limited amount. There also are about 1 bath town per bed allocated along with beach towels. Be prepared to do laundry to have enough there.

My family and I had a wonderful stay. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The arcade room was amazing, such a fun touch for both kids and adults. The host was very responsive and made everything easy. Would definitely stay here again.

The kitchen and living areas are larger than they appear in photos. There was plenty of room for 3 or 4 people to prepare food. The spa was hot and much appreciated after 11 or 12 hours in the Disney / Universal parks. The kids loved the pool. We also enjoyed the club house, lazy river and water slide. This was a perfect place to stay for our family vacation.

The host was very friendly and answered any questions i may have had in a timely manner. The house was great, very relaxing and accommodating. Very close proximity to the clubhouse which had alot to offer as well. Would definitely recommend staying here.

We had a great family stay at this home! We had lots of space for our off-days at the parks. We were able to enjoy the pool, theater room, and game rooms with our group of 11 with 6 adults and kids hanging in ages from 4 to 21. Check in was easy and instructions were clear. Questions were quickly answered and responded to by the management company. We would stay again!

My family recently stayed a week here and had an absolute blast. The pool was wonderful on the hot days, the games kept our boys (and us!) entertained and the neighborhood amenities are amazing! Highly recommend you take advantage of both resort pools/slides. We needed to communicate with the property manager a couple of times (nothing serious) and they were very responsive. House is perfectly distanced from all of the Disney activities we did as well. We will definitely be back!

Awesome themed house. A few hiccups but all in all okay.

When we first arrived one of the upstairs toilets wasn’t flushing. The property management fixed it. We rented the place for 17 days, we wanted to watch a movie in the theater room but it was pixelated really bad. I messaged the property manager about it right when we got there but nothing was done. All of us unfortunately got really sick halfway through our trip and would have loved to have been able to watch movies in the theater room but it didn’t get fixed until 2 days before we left. My dad is fighting cancer and got the flu while we were there. Wasn’t able to use his 10 day hopper pass and would have watched movies in the theater room but couldn’t. That’s one of the reasons for renting the house, so we were very disappointed it was not all in tact. But the next people to rent it will be able to enjoy it. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and movie screen outside.

Family vacation

Was a very nice spacious house with lots of room for 9 adults and 6 children . House was nice and clean and was nice to have all the bathrooms My grandchildren just loved the pool and spend a lot of time in it . We did pay to have pool heated and were glad we did . Would have been nice to have a couple more chairs around the patio table when we ate outside. We had a very very good week and would definitely like to come back!

House was great and property manager was very responsive if needed! Communication with owners was great before we even got there! House was as described and very comfortable for all 12 of us 2 families. Would stay again for sure!
