Two days before we left for our trip, we received an email with instructions, which was great. But, it also stated if we wanted the pool to be heated it was an extra 45 per day and if we wanted to use the grill it was an extra 50 for the week. No where in the property details did it state that those two things weren't included, actually it states that all fees included "no hidden fees". Eventually they agreed and gave us the heated pool and use of the grill for the week for no additional charge. Unfortunately the pool did not heat up until day 3 of our stay.Also, the kitchen did not have sufficient supplies: no dish towels or dish rags, not enough dish soap and dishwasher soap for the week. One roll of paper towels was supplied along with one roll of toilet paper for the bathrooms. Again, not enough. We had to purchase everything which I've never had to do before. Every rental we've used in the past came sufficiently supplied. This was very disappointing. We did enjoy the community pools, that was the best thing about this rental. Unfortunately, we will not return to this rental again.
