Welcome to Launchpad's Landing! Our five bedroom, five bathroom villa is the perfect place for your theme park stay. Just two miles from Disney World in the closest gated resort community to the Disney theme parks, Launchpad's Landing is ready for your family vacation! Be at Disney World in just ten minutes – and only twenty minutes to Universal Studios, Sea World, and the many other attractions in the area! Windsor Hills is an amazing, secure community with a resort pool and waterpark you won't find anywhere else. Our villa is located in the quiet center of the community, just across the street from one of three playgrounds and green areas, and has its own private pool and spillover spa in our screened lanai!
You'll find everything you need for your family's vacation at Launchpad's Landing. Enjoy five bedrooms, each with their own full bathroom. A full size washer and dryer and a fully stocked kitchen will make life simple – and high speed Wifi, cable, and smart TVs will make it fun! On the first floor, you'll find two matching primary suites with king-sized beds, en suite bathrooms, and walk-in showers. You'll also find a fun Ducktales-themed bedroom with two twin beds and an adjoining bathroom. Upstairs, you'll find another bedroom with two twin beds, and a bedroom with a queen-sized bed, both with full en suite baths.
Our full kitchen has everything you need to feed your family, from pots and pans to plenty of dishes – even small appliances like a crockpot, blender, and more! You'll find seating for eight at our dining room table, plus four more at our kitchen table. Don't miss McDuck Manor, our climate-controlled garage game room, with 65" TV, gaming table, large collection of family board games, and air hockey table. Enjoy plenty of seating and a 65" smart TV in our airy, comfortable living room, before you make your way out to our newly expanded backyard oasis to enjoy our pool and spa - plus an outdoor kitchen with propane BBQ, and plenty of space for dining, lounging, and outdoor games for the maximum in outdoor living. Our home is perched on one of the highest points of Windsor Hills, so you won't have rear neighbors overlooking you - and on clear nights, you can even get a peek at the Disney fireworks! Pool heat is included in your stay at no additional charge!
Guests must sign rental agreement and provide credit card information for security deposit hold through our secure reservation system within 48 hours of booking or reservation will be automatically cancelled according to our house rules. Primary renter must be at least 25 years old. Maximum occupancy is 10. All adults over 18 must be pre-registered in the resort security system prior to arrival; drivers license must be presented to guard at gate upon check in.
Please note that this property is equipped with cameras recording 24/7 at the front door exterior (doorbell), driveway, and at the side of the property overlooking the pool equipment. These are in place for the protection of our property and our guests; tampering with or covering the cameras may result in your removal from the property with no refund according to our house rules. No devices are in the pool area or inside the home, and no cameras have any view of the interior of the home or pool/patio area.
COMMUNITY UPDATE: Please note that the Windsor Hills community waterpark will be closed for updates January 5th through February 13th, 2026. All other community amenities including the lagoon pool will remain open!
