Parking: Veranda Palms allows a maximum of 3 vehicles per reservation. Limited overflow parking may be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that all parking regulations are established and enforced by the resort and are outside of our control. Parking on grass, sidewalks, or in unauthorized street locations is strictly prohibited and may result in towing or fines by the resort.



Trash Disposal: Use closed containers or the resort compactor for excess waste.

Resort Pass Sharing: Not permitted.

Starter Kit Provided: Includes essentials for your arrival. Renters are responsible for additional supplies.

Guest Access:

Guests have keyless access to the entire house using the digital lock with a keypad on the front door as well as private outdoor areas.



You also have access to the resort amenities during your stay. Please contact the resort concierge for further details.

Getting Around:

The best way to get around is by car with free parking included during your stay.



Guests can also use a taxi service or a rideshare company like Uber with plenty of cars at any time of the day or night.



Other Things to Note:

Resort pass sharing is not allowed.

Should you arrive at the property earlier, feel free to explore the resort clubhouse, where you will have full access to the resort amenities

We cannot provide late check-out

Our cleaning/maintenance team has a cleaning schedule and they need adequate time to prepare the property for the next guests arrival

If you have a flight that does not depart until later in the day, have no fear! You will still have access to the resort amenities until your departure



Amenities at the property

• Linens and bathroom towels

- Towels provided are only for bathroom usage, please bring your own towels from home for pool, beach, waterpark etc. usage

• Trash bags, toilet paper and paper towel

- Starter amounts are provided for these amenities, they will most likely be insufficient for the duration of your stay

- You will need to buy extras of these on your own if you need more as we do not provide more than the given starter amount

In addition to all this, there’s also a convenience store for any last-minute items and treats.



Towels Policy

• Pool towels at the home are for private pool use only

• For the clubhouse pool, water park, beach, or off-site locations, please bring your own towels
