Everything was perfect . Great place to stay..very clean and accommodating.. host was very helpful everytime I had a question and very sweet..looking forward to booking here again in the future.

Good for the price, but improvements could be made.

Overall, we had a great experience here. It was cozy and had all of the comforts of home. Very convenient to have a washer, dryer, and kitchen. Having a garage was a perk. The best part was having 2 living areas (1 upstairs and 1 downstairs) for our family. However, there were some things that kept the property from earning 5-stars. 1. The carpet desperately needs to be replaced upstairs. At the very least, it needs a good shampoo. 2. The master bath was terribly small and our light bulb burned out in the shower during our stay. 3. We ordered DoorDash and it was difficult for our delivery driver to find the proper entry. He ended up parking behind the garage since the walkway to the front door was hidden. It felt awkward for them to walk through the patio door, past the pool, and drop off food at the back door. 4. Every night during our stay, we couldn't enjoy the pool area because neighbors (not sure which ones) were constantly smoking, had music blasting, and were pretty rowdy until midnight or so . Luckily, the smell or sound didn't travel inside. 5. We were under the impression that the property was a bit closer to the theme parks. It took us about 40 minutes to get to Walt Disney World. 6. We wished there were more towels. We ended up having to do laundry 2-3 days in. 7. Our teen staying in the downstairs bedroom found multiple baby frogs in his room throughout our stay. He would capture them and release them back outside as he found them, but we never figured out how they were getting inside in the first place. 8. Hot water didn't last long at all. We had to take turns taking showers and it took a long time to get through everyone after a long day at the theme parks. As mentioned before, we had a great stay overall and for booking our trip fairly short notice, the property wasn't bad. Definitely better than staying in a hotel! We would recommend staying here to anyone, but we also think the property owner can look into a few of our suggestions to make the stay even better for future guests.

Wonderful property!

Great place to stay, the house is well decorated and equipped. House accommodated well our family of 7. Great swimming pool in the house (private) with another one heated in the club house. Great location close to Disney World, groceries, Target, etc. I highly recommend the place.

Very nice

The condo was very nice!! We decided to got to Universal Studios and Seaworld instead of Disney so it was about 30 minutes from the condo. The pool wasn’t heated but the property owners were verrry professional, cooperative, and responsive. I would definitely recommend.

Way to noisy!

The property itself was outstanding and I have no complaints about that. The problem is is that we had different neighbors in every few nights on both sides and they were up all night long to 230 or 3 o’clock in the morning screaming yelling cussing and it was hard for my children to sleep. Also there’s virtually no security when you pull up to the gate it just opens and let you win I saw many cars driving in the out way to access the property. Almost every night as well I had somebody parking in my parking spot…

Beautiful house, spacious. Really nice area Loved the water park and all amenities.

Everytime my family and I visit Florida we stay at windor at west side. This house was beautiful and so spacious at times I couldn’t even tell my children where there lol. Communication with host was easy and always responded quickly to any and all questions. Everything went smoothly from check in to check out. Will definitely be back next year! Thank you for everything.

Nice but could be great

All communications with the property manager were answer quickly. We had no problem finding the place as it is in a pretty developed area but getting into the gated community was a bit tricky. Make sure you go to the guard shack to get your parking pass. As other reviews mentioned, Parking! Parking is ONLY in the rear. Most of the time it wasn’t an issue but 2 days of our 8 day trip we had to ask people to move their vehicles as they were in the spot designated for us. Neighbors on the east side of us liked to smoke pot A LOT! Not really a problem during the day as we were at Disney but limited our pool/patio enjoyment with our 4 year old in the evenings. The house is nice, no question. However, it needs a good scrub. Baseboards were filthy! Ceiling had something blue on it, possibly silly string(?). Kitchen has more than enough dishes! Towels were aplenty! More than enough blankets, and pillows in the closets. If you like a firm bed then this place is for you! We had to buy 2” foam toppers at Target because our first night was horrible. All beds were of equal firmness. Some furniture was damaged and that was immediately mentioned to the property manager. The curtain rod in the living room had been previous pulled out of the wall and patched, moved, and was coming out again! The carpet isn’t great but that is just us being picky I think. It was super quiet and rarely heard the neighbors while side the condo. Overall, it was worth the price but I do not think we’d stay again only because of the parking, pot, and bed issues. If those issues aren’t a concern, book this rental quickly!

The responses was always prompt, credit card information was protected, updates and reminders were provided prior to arrival date. Anna at customer service was exceptional ! Excellent but a few issues

The condo was clean and the provisions were substantial. There were enough dishes, glasses, utensils and towels. The bathrooms were modern but just a little bit small. The parking was difficult especially if you had more than one car. You had to park behind the back of the condo. The garage was too small for an SUV. There were stains on the carpet stairs. They were pointed out, photos were taken but no follow up. There are 6 televisions but they were tricky and no directions as to how to use them. They sent a very nice young lady to help and she was good but they did not follow up and the tv in the master bed room never could change channels, even though she reported it to the main office. The pool is nice and the tables and chairs outside were very good with plenty of room to sit and relax. There is a half bath outside which is an excellent idea to keep wet feet outside. The condo is nicely furnished and well maintained. Very clean. I would recommend it and I’m sure the small issues mentioned will be cleared up.

Clean, spacious, and inviting....Perfect retreat

The home was better than pictured and was the perfect stay for our family’s first visit to Orlando. When we first entered through the back, we were not aware of the key code to open the garage so we had to get out and do it manually but it was not a big deal. Might be helpful to add that in notes for future renters. Also, when you enter the porch from the garage, my daughter almost fell into the pool, as it’s literally about a foot away as you enter the back yard area from the garage or the back entrance door. Again, not complaining, just things that may have been good to know agreed of time. Upon entering the home, we were pleasantly surprised at how spacious it was compared to the pics. The decor was very clean and modern as well, but cozy enough to trust my children around. The kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of tableware and kitchen necessities. If I could recommend one thing be added, I would suggest the owner add a pizza cooking tin and a cooking tray to the kitchen item list, as we had to bake the pizzas right on the rack, which was messy and made for a tough removal of our food once the food was ready. Other than that, the kitchen had anything (and more) than we needed for our stay. I would have recommended more dishwasher pods so the machine could be run every night, as we were super busy and barely had time to squeeze in hand washing the dishes, as we were too busy enjoying the Disney parks each day. The kids LOVED the bunk room and slept so well in the bunk bed. The bedding was super cozy and comfortable! The bathrooms were updated and offered ample space. The master bedroom was perfect! The bedding was very nice and comfortable and we slep like babies. The bathroom shower slider doors in the master suite were a bit hard to open and close but we managed. The TVs all had extra adaptations that allowed us to enjoy the Roku options so the kids had lots of choices at night. We were bummed that we ended up with some VERY loud neighbors the last few days of our stay who also apparently loved smoking weed on their back patio at night, which made us unable to use our own back patio at night so we wouldn’t expose our kids to that crap....but we enjoyed being inside too so we just ignored it. Had the weather been nicer, I probably would have called in a complaint but it was drizzling two of the nights so being inside wasn’t a huge sacrifice. All in all, I’d say this was a fabulous home and my kids are already asking if we can book it again

Fabulous property for a great holiday

Great 2 weeks spent in Orlando. The house is just as the pictures show, very spacious and clean. TVs took a bit of getting used to, not that we had much time to watch anyway, some manuals would have been useful though. Beds were a little creaky - didn't end up using the top bunk because of this. Had a couple of issues with the pool, mainly weather related, the management company responded to one but not the other so we weren't able to use the pool on our last day but they refunded for the pool heating so all worked out in the end. Would definitely recommend this property but be aware of the traffic on the 192, it is often quicker to get to Disney on the back route - straight over the 192 and then second right! It is a little trek to Universal unless the traffic is clear. Thank you for a great 2 weeks.

Nice property.

The property was nice. Very happy that the pool had an option to heat. My family was in it at the end of every day. The kitchen was great! Big area for everyone . Bedrooms were nice. Better pillows would have made it more comfortable. And a softer mattress in the downstairs bedroom. The other beds seemed to be okay. Some pool towels would have been nice as it's hard to pack a large towel but we made due with what was there. I reported a curtain rod pulled from the wall and sent a picture when I first got there but then was questioned about it after we checked out. We had to buy more trash bags because there were only 2 provided, which isn't ample for a weeks stay. Overall we had a wonderful time!!

Perfect for Girls Weekend

We did a running weekend at Disney and this was perfect! Clean and well decorated. Had some trouble getting fence around pool open to get in the first night, but easy after that. Thanks for a great place to stay!

Great house, convenient location!

The house was spotless and well maintained, furniture was comfortable and modern. The recreation area with community pool, lazy river and bar were perfect for relaxing. We had four adults and three children; there was plenty of room for everyone with room to spare. We highly recommend this location.

December Vacation

We had a wonderful time at our stay in your condo! Only dislike was that we wished the beds were a little softer but we are a super soft bed family haha! Other than that everything was wonderful. Even called the day we got there and decided to turn the pool heater on and they did it with no complaints. Thank you so much! We had a wonderful week there!

Beautiful resort and convenient location. Exactly like the pictures, even better in person.

The townhome was beautiful beyond expectation. It was exactly like the pictures and more. Convenient location, only 10 minuets away from the Publix and Wal-mart. Only 2 parking spaces, one in the garage and another right in front of the garage. Parking wasn’t a big deal for other guest as they provided parallel spots a few units up. Enjoyed my stay as well as the others. Would definitely recommend this place for others. Glasstone vacations are great and I’ll definitely be using them again
