AFTER BOOKING:

Our registration process is 100% online, for your convenience. Upon booking your reservation, our Reservation Team will forward a copy of a Registration Agreement for your review and signature. Once we are in receipt of your signed Registration along with a copy of your photo ID and Credit Card, your booking will be confirmed and check-in instructions will be e-mailed to you 24hr prior to check with complete access to your vacation rental so that you can head directly to the property. Failure to provide the required documentation will result in cancellation of your booking.

Receipt of check-in instructions will be required in order for you to access your property, so in the event you have not received them, please be certain to contact us to advise.

Optional Extras:

Pool and/or spa Heating is offered upon availability for $ 50 per day plus tax, with a 3-days minimum. Please be certain to advise us if you require pool heat upon booking your reservation or at least 72 hours prior to check-in.

Propane for use with the BBQ grill is not provided, but refillable propane tanks are available upon request.

The ACO Vacation Home team is available 24/7 to answer any questions or concerns you may have.

Wont be returning for a 3rd year

We booked this house for the second year in a row. It’s several of us moms who go to support our kiddos at their sporting event. When we stayed there last year, I had to call because one of the ice makers was leaking on the floor and then none of the electrical outlets were working in the bathrooms. They did send someone to fix it. Several of the moms had to go buy blankets because the ones that were available were quite thin. However, the location was good so we returned this year. When we arrived this year, the carpet was dirty and gross. About 5-6 of the beds had no blankets at all. One bed only had a fitted sheet. I called and reported the missing blankets and flat sheet. They brought blankets the next day. That evening water started shooting out of the sprinkler in the front yard. I tried to call and text with no response. It eventually shut off. After checking out, I got an email that said I owed 57 for stained towels. The pics they sent me looked like the towels hadn’t even been washed. Also, the “stains” appeared to be from make up or spray tan which always washes out! That makes me question their cleaning processes. When I responded and told them about our experience and how we had to borrow blankets from others and some froze on the first night. They responded that one situation had nothing to do with the other. I would 0/10 recommend staying at this property due to the lack of quality control with linen, customer service, and gross carpet!
