As our esteemed guests, you'll have complete access to our magical home, boasting four bewitching bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, a charming dining area, a cozy living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. Take a step outside and discover our enchanting patio where you can relax and unwind amidst the mystical ambiance.



Just a short stroll from the property, you'll find the community pool (not heated about 5 FT) within the gated premises, perfect for taking a refreshing dip, and a kid's playground for our young wizard enthusiasts. Park your broomsticks (cars) (4 spots available) and enjoy your vacation.



The Neighborhood:

The property is located in a safe gated community.



Overall, the neighborhood is conveniently located with several dining options, supermarkets, and stores within a few miles.

The entrance to the gated community is surrounded by small lakes and a beautiful street covered by trees. We have a 7 eleven at about 3 min by car from the property and Publix/Target/Ross/ Marshall and many more at about 5-10 min

-22-26 min from Disneyworld and Universal parks



Getting Around:

Using the car to move around or uber would be the most convenient way to move around in this beautiful neighborhood



Other Things to Note:

Welcome to our enchanting home! Before you embark on your magical adventure, we would like to share some important information to ensure your stay is as delightful as a sip of Butterbeer.



As you enter our magical neighborhood, we ask that you kindly maintain a quiet and peaceful atmosphere to respect the enchanting surroundings. We kindly request that you refrain from hosting any loud gatherings or causing disturbances, particularly during the bewitching night hours (9 pm to 9 am)(No parties).



Please note that smoking is not permitted inside our home, so kindly enjoy your smoking breaks outside in the mystical porch.



For your safety and protection, we have installed a magical blink camera at the entrance of our wizard-themed home (nothing inside the house).



There is no additional fee for extra guests (maximum 9 people) but make sure to make the reservation with the right number of guests or inform us in the Airbnb chat or there would be a charge at the owners discretion for every additional guest not initially reported as it break house rules.



You are welcome to drop off your luggage at our wizard-themed home, but please note that it can only be done from 1 PM onwards. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding as we prepare the space for your magical stay.

Interaction with Guests:

At our wizard-themed home, we aim to make your check-in and check-out a breeze. There are no major checkout requirements, but we kindly ask that you notify us when you've left so that our magical cleaning team can come in and tidy up. On the day of check-in, we'll provide you with a special code to enter the enchanting property.
