Overall, I’d give this house 3 out of 5 stars.I wouldn’t tell anyone not to stay here, it’s a nice house in a good neighborhood. The layout is great, the themed rooms are cool, the A/C worked extremely well, and it’s close to shopping, restaurants, and about 30 minutes from Disney and Universal. We also enjoyed the pond behind the house and seeing the wildlife. Saw 3 alligators at once. They paid us a visit daily. No feeding them :). The kids enjoyed watching them from the patio. The reason I couldn’t give it a better rating is because of the cleanliness. For what we paid, I expected the house to be and feel much cleaner. It wasn’t one major issue it was a lot of small things that added up: stained linens and towels, dirty light switches, dusty railings, dirty baseboards, scuffed walls, worn or broken furniture. Several people in our group chose to wash their bedding and towels before using them due to stains. The listing accurately shows the layout and amenities, but it doesn’t reflect the overall wear and condition of the home. The home is nowhere near falling apart, but it should have been much cleaner. I think the biggest issue is that the house wasn’t clean, not the house itself. With better cleaning and a little more attention to detail, this could easily be a 4-star property. We still had a great trip, but for the price, I expected the home to be cleaner. We had a group of 27 people and we’ve stayed in a house of similar size and price previously.
