Wonderful stay at an amazing property!

The listing does the property justice! The house was clean, huge, yet cozy and comfortable. What a great place for relaxing downtime between park visits! The host was quick to respond and most helpful. Everybody had a great time and a vacation they will remember always.

Cockroaches

The communication is terrible and they are in desperate need of pest control. We had to kill cockroaches during our stay, obviously not something we planned to do during our stay. The house is not clean. Additionally, the sliding door was broken and the pool has algae. When we mentioned our concerns to the host, they sent someone out to fix the door, so at least it locked but this was never communicated to us. Which made us feel uncomfortable allowing people into the home without any notification. The other concerns we had: hot tub heat being turned on and TV connection/ internet were never addressed. We were charged a cleaning fee when we booked, due to the cockroaches and the state of this home we are requesting the fee returned to us. However, the host is unresponsive and the communication is terrible so I will be directing this through VRBO as this house should not be allowed on their platform in its current state.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

I booked the home maybe a week or 2 before our vacation after careful planning and searching for the perfect vacation home. The morning of our trip as we were en route to the vacation home the property owner emailed me stating that the property was unavailable and they would refund my money in 3 business days. This put me in a complete bind financially giving that I could not receive my funds immediately and now I'm half way to Orlando with nowhere to take my family and low on funds. This pretty much ruined our vacation. I would not recommend.

Horrible Experience We did not stay at the property unsanitary

These people are scammers all they want you to do is cancel so they can keep your money. Stay away from Emily Porto and Porto Freight horrible experience. The property was not cleaned, the beds were covered in urine, vomit, blood, hair on sheets, dirty socks in the bed, Absolutely disgusting would never call me all she wanted is for me to say I Cancel the reservation so she could keep the money. Do not ever rent a house from Emily Porto and Porto Freight

Excellent home near everything

The home was perfect for our group of six. Rooms were clean and so were the bathrooms. We spent most of our time around the pool. The neighborhood is clean and safe. We were 15 min from the Disney parks and had plenty of places to chose from to eat. Highly recommend

Excellent

AAA+ Met all out expectations, place is very safe and patrolled, place was very clean and maintained. Very spacious and easily accommodate friends and family. Very convenient location for food and groceries. Only thing to be aware of is neighbors are real close without privacy on one side at the time of our stay. All in all did not dissappoint and recommend this to anyone
