10-bedroom pool home with game room and loft, Windsor Island, 9 mi to Disney

Ten bedrooms and eight bathrooms over two floors, made for big family groups. Your private screened pool has a raised spa, and the covered lanai has seating by the water. The Star Wars game room has table tennis, foosball, and an arcade machine, and the superhero loft upstairs has a pool table, a sofa, and a TV. Five of the bedrooms have their own private bathroom, and five are themed for the children. The home is in gated Windsor Island Resort, about 9 miles from Disney.

THE POOL
Your own screened pool has a raised spa beside it, sun loungers on the deck, and a covered lanai with seating.

GAME ROOM AND LOFT
The air-conditioned Star Wars game room downstairs has a table tennis table, foosball, gaming chairs, and an arcade machine. Upstairs, the superhero loft has a pool table and a sectional sofa facing a TV.

BEDROOMS
Two bedrooms are on the ground floor, and eight are upstairs. Every bedroom has a TV.
Bedroom 1 (downstairs): king bed, its own private bathroom with a tub, a walk-in shower, and two sinks
Bedroom 2 (downstairs): two full beds
Bedroom 3: king bed, its own private bathroom
Bedroom 4: queen bed
Bedroom 5: Toy Story theme, a triple bunk bed (three twin beds, one above the other)
Bedroom 6: Harry Potter theme, queen bed, its own private bathroom
Bedroom 7: basketball theme, queen bed, its own private bathroom
Bedroom 8: king bed, its own private bathroom
Bedroom 9: Mickey theme, two twin beds, shares a Jack and Jill bathroom with Bedroom 10
Bedroom 10: Encanto theme, two twin beds, shares a Jack and Jill bathroom with Bedroom 9
There is also a bathroom downstairs and another upstairs.

KITCHEN AND LIVING
The kitchen has granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and an island with bar stools. The dining table seats a big group, and the living room has a leather sectional sofa and a large TV. A washer, dryer, and Wi-Fi are included.

WINDSOR ISLAND RESORT
The resort clubhouse is a 10-minute walk from the home. It has a resort pool with a hot tub and cabanas, two water slides into a lazy river, a children’s splash pad, a poolside bar and grill, an arcade and games room, and a fitness center. Outside, there is mini golf, basketball and sand volleyball, lawn games, a playground, and fire pit seating. The resort runs the clubhouse, and its hours can change. Private cabanas are booked through the clubhouse for a fee.

GETTING IN
Windsor Island is gated. We register the main guest with the resort before you arrive. Send us the names of any other drivers in your group, and note that the resort allows up to 5 vehicles per home. You let yourselves into the home with a private door code, which we send before you arrive.

GOOD TO KNOW
Pool and spa heating is optional: $35 a night, with a 4-night minimum. The spa is part of the pool, not a separate hot tub. You arrive to a starter supply of coffee, soap, shampoo and conditioner, dishwasher tabs, laundry pods, trash bags, and bathroom tissue. Smoking is allowed outside only.
