POOL
• Pool heating available for $30/day (minimum 3 day stay and must be purchased for full stay)

• Note: Pool heater operates by heat exchange and may not be effective in very cold weather. Refunds are not provided for underperformance due to weather.

CLEANING & HOUSEKEEPING
• The home is professionally cleaned before your arrival
• Mid-stay cleanings available upon request (additional fee)
• Pool is cleaned once per week, usually Tuesdays (may vary)
• Please note that there is no cage surrounding the pool. Debris is bound to get in due to certain weather, therefore we have supplied a skimmer for these cases. We do strive to have the pool clean and beautiful on your arrival, but weather is just out of our control

STARTER SUPPLIES INCLUDED
This is a self-catering home, but we hope to provide a little extra:
• Bathroom: 1 roll of toilet paper plus 1 extra for each bathroom (outdoor bath will only have 1)
• Kitchen: sponge, 5 trash bags, dish soap, hand soap,4 dishwasher pods, basic kitchen cleaner
• Laundry: Laundry detergent provided
• Linens: Bath towels for each guest, hand towels, bath mats, and makeup remover/face clothes in each bathroom. 10 Turkish Pool towels avail that are thin for fast drying after pool time.

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complimentary access to the following amenities:

MPORTANT: Guests must present a RFID card to access these amenities. This RFID will ONLY grant access to the CDD amenities listed above.

Access to the waterpark or golf tee times is not included with your stay.

Feel safe and right at home as you enter the gated community with 24-hour security guard.
There are (2) spots in the driveway for parking.

While you may park in the driveway and on the street, the apartment above the garage is rented out to a long term tenant so you do not have access to those. This will not effect your privacy and we ask that you respect theirs as well.
Other things to note
Guests must be 25 years old to check in

Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.

SMOKING / VAPING: Smoking or vaping inside or around the house, including patios, is strictly prohibited. A minimum fee of $400 will be charged if smoking is detected.

PARTIES: Parties are strictly prohibited. Unauthorized events will result in an $800 fine and immediate termination of the rental agreement.

PET POLICY: Pets are NOT allowed. A non-refundable fee of $500 per pet will be charged for unauthorized animals, along with any damage costs.
