Aspectos negativos: Limpieza
This is my honest opinion of my experience in the house. Although the house is big enough, a lot transpired with our stay that is 100% fixable, but when you come on vacation all the small things begin to add up. When we got there the light in the living room flickers a lot, the heated pool wasn't working so we had to wait a few days to get that fixed, the tv in star wars room didn't work, the tub in the master upstairs has slow drainage, the backs to all the remotes were missing, many of the sheets we had to wash due to stains, half of the room had towels the other half didn't, there were ants in the kitchen, the balls in the skee ball get stuck, and they still never fixed the rug issue from someone's previous post. All the shelves in the refrigerator door were missing when we got there so that limited space for our family. This is also a 2 car parking, 3 cars MAX, not 4 as advertised. Again all fixable things, but they were things I pretty much had to report while there. Would I stay here again, yes. However, when you are on vacation and spend so much money, this is a lot. Additionally, we left our expensive fan behind and I have been trying to pay to have it shipped back to us for thr last two weeks with no luck, so I guess that's additional money gone.
