From the moment you pull into the 24-hour guarded entrance and drive through the beautifully landscaped boulevard, you know you have found a special place to relax and unwind, and then head out to enjoy the world class attractions of the area.

This beautiful, contemporary styled, luxury home with its own private pool, is situated in Central Florida's newest and most spacious conservation area development, Solterra Resort. The Resort location could not be any better - close enough to all the "Magic", yet far enough for peace and tranquility away from the busy tourist areas. Solterra Resort is perfectly located just minutes from Walt Disney World and Orlando's other famous attractions. Universal Studios, Seaworld, Legoland, Aquatica and other water parks are all within easy reach. For golf enthusiast, Champions Gate, Reunion and other world class golf courses are on your doorstep. With Champions Gate Village, and Posner Park shopping complex nearby, everything you need or want is within easy reach.

Our 5 -bedroom 4.5-bathroom home sleeps up to10 people in style and comfort and provides the ideal base for your family and friends to enjoy all that Florida has to offer. Air-conditioned throughout, this superbly furnished villa extends to approx. 2300 sq ft and is fully equipped. FREE Wi-Fi throughout, and Smart TVs enable you to stream your favorite entertainment.

The main Living room has comfortable lounge seating to enjoy the large Flat Screen TV and views out to the Pool, through the full width sliding glass doors.

The Dining area has a gorgeous 6-seater dining table, perfect for a family meal.

The fully equipped kitchen is open plan, with 4 seats available at the large island.

Outside, the oversized pool deck has all you need..... comfortable seating under the shaded lanai, plenty of loungers to catch the sun, and the sparkling pool to cool down in. The deck has a child safety fence installed, and all external doors have audible alarms to ensure child safety. The pool can be heated, by prior request, for additional cost of $210.00 / week.

Bedroom 1 (downstairs) – Bedroom is situated at the front of home with aqua and white décor, a Queen size bed, Flat Screen TV and ceiling fan. The bathroom is next door with a walk-in shower.

Bedroom 2 (upstairs) – The bedroom boasts a King size bed with a blush salmon décor. The room has a Flat Screen TV, ceiling fan and en-suite bathroom with a shower and double vanity sink.

Bedroom 3 (upstairs) – This room has two twin beds and a blue and white décor. This room has a Flat Screen TV and an en-suite shower with a vanity sink.

Bedroom 4 (upstairs) – This bedroom has a Queen size bed, with a burnt orange and navy décor. It has a ceiling fan, Flat Screen TV and access to a bathroom (shared with bedroom 5) which has a bath with an overhead shower and double vanity sink.

Bedroom 5 (upstairs) Two twin beds with a mint green décor and brown theme. It has a Flat Screen TV, ceiling fan and access to a bathroom (shared with bedroom 4) which has a bath with an overhead shower and double vanity sink.

This fabulous home also has a bonus family TV room / loft upstairs, equipped with TV, Games, comfy seating, a card table, and even a child's play tent.

Resort Amenities Include a 6700 square foot clubhouse, swimming pool, spa, fitness center, business center (with Internet access to ensure you stay connected!), Resort style zero entry pool, Lazy River, Water slides, Poolside cabanas, State of the art fitness room, Pool side bar and grill, Volleyball and Tennis courts, Soccer field, Kiddies playground, Picnic area.

There is a one-time Resort Fee of $35.00 + tax per reservation, payable at registration on arrival, which provides access to the resort amenities for all guests registered to the reservation.

Clean and easy week long stay

Our family was at this property for a full seven days, and had a great trip for our needs. The house is extremely clean and comfortable. Teens really enjoyed meeting up with friends at the pool and volleyball court. Often times in rental there are little extras from previous guests - salt/pepper, laundry soap, foil and such. There were none at this house. It is clearly stated in the listing, which is fine.

A fresh, quiet, sunny stay

My family of five stayed at this property for a week. We were very pleased with the unit and enjoyed the community pool complex. Each room was exactly as pictured in the listing. The nautical decor was refreshing- elegant for adults, but just fun enough for kids. We stayed the last week of March, and although the kids were fine playing in the splash pool, I should have paid for the pool heat in order to enjoy it myself. I read a book poolside instead. The resort pool was definitely warmer and being heated. We were able to walk there in about 10-15 minutes. The kitchen was well appointed with all the basics for cooking. There were even extras, like chip clips, a sippy cup, and large oval baking dishes that made our breakfast look much fancier than it was! Both ceramic/glassware and plastic/melamine dishware was included, so we could eat comfortably inside or outside. We were surprised that there was an alarm on the back door that needed to be deactivated each time the door was opened. Although we each set it off several times getting used to using it, it did ensure that our youngest two couldn't go out by the pool alone. My 8 year old couldn't quite reach the button, but my 11 year old could. There was also a child safety net installed. We worried that there might be noise, but we only heard neighbors outside 3 times over the week, and heard no neighbors from inside the unit. Before we left, we considered booking for next year. We will recommend to friends!

Best in the area!

We’ve stayed at several homes in the central FL area through the years, but this Solterra home is clearly the best. These are technically town homes but feel NOTHING like it - excellent privacy, no side by side noise, and deceptively huge inside. Five bedrooms, extra play room upstairs for the kids, gorgeous kitchen and decor. The private heated pool, neighborhood security, and community water park are better than anything over in Kissimmee. The house was spotless and you can see landscape and pest control staff all over the community - not so much as a fly entered our pool area (did see a tiny lizard tho - super cute!). Thanks for a great stay, Daniel - we hope to return soon!
