🔑 Guest access
Guests have the entire home, including the private pool and spa, game room and theater loft, plus included access to the Solara Resort amenities during their stay (the FlowRider has a fee).

🕓 Check-in and check-out
Check-in 4:00 PM, check-out 10:00 AM. Self check-in with a smart lock; your code is sent before arrival. The resort gate may ask for ID, so allow extra time on busy days.

🔥 Pool heating
Pool and spa heating is $35 per night and must be requested in advance. The attached spa uses the same heater as the pool and is only warm when pool heating is on.

🍔 Grill rental
Optional and arranged directly with us with advance notice: 3-burner $75, 4-burner $90.

🏄 FlowRider
The Solara FlowRider is run by the resort and charges a separate fee.

🧹 Housekeeping
The home is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. No daily housekeeping is included. Mid-stay cleaning can be arranged for an additional fee.

🛒 Starter supplies
Guests receive starter supplies including toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher pods and basic bathroom amenities. Plan to buy extra for longer stays.
