Check-in on your own any time after 4pm. Your personal code will be provided 24-72 hours prior to arrival, along with your check-in instructions.

House Rules and Additional Details:
• Self check-out, no later than 11am.
• Absolutely no smoking or vaping allowed in the house. There will be a $2,000 ozone treatment charge to purify the air in case of smoking.
• Events must be pre-approved prior to booking confirmation. Maximum event capacity of 25 people. Unauthorized parties will be fined $2,500.
• Please note that this property is monitored by Ring cameras outside the front door as well as on both sides of the backyard of the property.
• Pool heating and spa heating are available for an additional charge of $45 per booked night from November to April. Heating is offered free of charge between May and October. All pool heating requests must be made prior to your check-in, and it has to be for the entire length of your trip. The service will get pool and spa to around 90F to 95F. Spa and pool both function at the same temperature.
• Propane BBQ grill is available for the guests use free of charge. Please clean the BBQ grill before and after the use. Propane tank is available, but the propane needs to be provided by the guests.
• We require a guest list of all people for each confirmed booking, including approved events guests. This will be necessary to inform the security guards to gain access to the gated community.
• This home is self-catering. We do provide a small welcome kit to get you started. For your convenience we suggest the use of Amazon Fresh for groceries deliveries.
• This house does NOT provides access to the resort waterpark, gym, or sports courts.
