Our family had a wonderful time in the house. The pool area is terrific, the rooms are good and spacious. The location is brilliant and the hosts are very helpful and quick to answer. We recommend this house and would definitely rent it again.

Property is beautiful and clean. It could use a freah coat of paint in some places for average wear and tear. Manager is very easy to get a hold of and polite. Beautiful pool area.Only complaints are that it could use more pillows, blankets, towels, and cookwear. I'd suggest getting more towels especially, including bathroom hand towels and washcloths.The house is great though. We would stay here again.

Great location for Disney with easy access to all parks. Travel time never exceeded about 20 minutes. The house layout works well for large families and provides plenty of space. Kitchen appliances were good, the washer and dryer were nice, and water pressure and hot water were excellent. The owners were responsive and addressed each of our concerns quickly. The air conditioner was not working upon arrival but was repaired promptly. Cleaners were sent within 24 hours after concerns of cleanliness were reported.The house shows noticeable wear. The white stair railings are very dirty. Bed linens and bedspreads are thin, worn, and need updating. The primary bedroom has no closet and no dresser, so there is no place to hang or store clothing. Two suitcase stands are provided, so expect to live out of suitcases. Bedside tables are small and not large enough to hold clothing.Downstairs was very dusty. Upstairs bathroom floors were dirty and there was toothpaste and soap scum present. The front upstairs bathroom also has a strong mildew smell. The pool had not been cleaned and the deep end contained debris and many bugs that had to be removed before swimming. The pool toy bin contains broken items and the pool noodles are unusable.The kitchen does not include baking sheets, foil, or anything allowable for baking. There were plenty of bath towels but no washcloths or hand towels. No cleaning supplies were provided, so we had to purchase products to wipe down the counters.

My husband and I, as well as our blended family, (adult children), really enjoyed our stay. The house was the perfect place to relax after a long day of tourist activities or for our chill days. The pool, hot tub, and pool table were a great way to unwind!

This is a great place to stay for a large group, especially when visiting Disney World. Booking was easy and the hosts were great to deal with, and they kept me informed about what to expect and how to enter resort and rental house. The home was very clean and well organized. The resort area was safe and quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Islands of Magic, the owners responded to all our questions and seem very friendly. We were given clear instructions on how to access the property and the Emerald Isle resort is close to shops and restaurants and the parks, it felt very safe and the villas are nicely spaced. When we arrived, keyless entry works well, the villa was nice and clean, the beds are very comfortable and the towels nice and soft, modern appliances in the kitchen and utility. We loved spending time in the back yard, such a peaceful private area with no rear neighbours, the villa is very well located in the resort. We had meals out at Black Angus steakhouse, (very good) Cracker Barrel (surprisingly good strip steak), Bahama Breeze (average), New York Beer Project (very good food) Kobe Japanese (big portions). We had a fantastic time at islands of Magic, and would love to return, thank you for letting us stay in your home.

We stayed here from the 5th to the 19th August.From start to finish the experience of booking and staying in this property has been perfect.Mayra and Gerson have been amazingly helpful and quick to respond to any questions we have had.There was seven of us in our party including three teenage granddaughter's who were able to have their own bedrooms and bathrooms resulting in no arguments. The house was immaculately clean and presented so I cannot fault it in any way.We have been coming to Florida since 1984 and this has to be one of the best locations and property we have stayed in.If you want space and rooms in a wonderful property this has to be the one to go for.

Awesome House

The house met all the needs of the JO Volleyball Team and chaperones who were staying there. It was well cared for and clean. There were plenty of supplies in the kitchen for the teams needs. Will definitely look to rent this house in the future and would recommend as a vacation rental.

Great Stay

The property was spacious, clean, relaxing, and in a great location. We had a family of 13, with kids ranging in age from 2-16. The kids had a great time in the pool each day, while the adults had plenty of space to relax and enjoy themselves. The owners were very responsive to our needs and quickly answered any questions we had. I would consider this same location for a future vacation.

Great house and location

Villa is great. Clean and very comfy. All appliances such as fridge dish washer etc appear new. Very peaceful. Large comfortable beds with memory foam mattress's. Pool and outside area well maintained. There was 8 people in our party and there was more than enough space for everyone. Fantastic place to stay. Emerald isle resort is very well maintained as well as being very accessible for all the theme parks.

We stayed here on our spring break trip to Disneyworld. Check in was very easy. The home was very spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. The pool area was very nice. The home is located close to all the Disney attractions. We would definitely stay here again!

make sure you purchase toilet paper and bring your own blow dryer! We all enjoyed the pool! If you're planning on using kitchen for cooking purchase a pan for oven.We had a great vacation at this property!
