The property was clean and family-friendly. The hosts were excellent at communicating with and if an issue arose, they were prompt in having it resolved. I would recommend this vacation home to our friends and family.

The house was perfect for my family. The house was clean and had everything we needed. We decided to add pool heat (for the hottub) after check-in and it was very quick and easy process. Will definitely stay again.

Our family had a wonderful time in the house. The pool area is terrific, the rooms are good and spacious. The location is brilliant and the hosts are very helpful and quick to answer. We recommend this house and would definitely rent it again.

Fantastic, spacious villa in the beautiful Emerald Island Resort. Very close to Disney parks (it really is only 15 mins drive unlike many other villas we have stayed in which stated 'only 15 mins from Disney'!) Universal Studios travel time varied between 30-45 mins due to traffic on i4. Loads of places to eat nearby and a big Walmart 5 mins away. Also villa was really private as not back facing on to other villas but facing on to a nice nature reserve type wooded area. Owners were very quick to reply to any issues and overall had a great stay and would highly recommend.

The house was clean and comfortable and well-appointed. Although we were very busy each day, it was a calming place to come to rest and relax each evening before heading out to the various parks the next day.

We stayed here on our family trip to Disney. The rental was close to the parks and was nice to come back to after a long day. The check in process was smooth and the hosts were in contact often. It was nice to have a house in the back as it felt more private. The pool was great to have and the kids loved it. The hot tub wasn’t very warm. I’m not sure if that’s what the “pool heat” is you pay for(we didn’t pay for it), but if you’re expecting to relax in a hot tub at night, it’s not a “hot” hot tub. Wasn’t a big deal though as we still had a great time!

We enjoyed our stay here, love the location of the home. I would definitely stay here again. Found just a couple things that stood out, easy fixes, but didn’t impact our stay at all.

My husband and I, as well as our blended family, (adult children), really enjoyed our stay. The house was the perfect place to relax after a long day of tourist activities or for our chill days. The pool, hot tub, and pool table were a great way to unwind!

This is a great place to stay for a large group, especially when visiting Disney World. Booking was easy and the hosts were great to deal with, and they kept me informed about what to expect and how to enter resort and rental house. The home was very clean and well organized. The resort area was safe and quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

Property is beautiful and clean. It could use a freah coat of paint in some places for average wear and tear. Manager is very easy to get a hold of and polite. Beautiful pool area.Only complaints are that it could use more pillows, blankets, towels, and cookwear. I'd suggest getting more towels especially, including bathroom hand towels and washcloths.The house is great though. We would stay here again.

spring break trip to Disney

We stayed here on our spring break trip to Disneyworld. Check in was very easy. The home was very spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. The pool area was very nice. The home is located close to all the Disney attractions. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Location

The house is very conveniently located to all of the parks and shopping. The sleeping situation was perfect for our group. Very comfortable beds. The pool was perfect and a great spot to unwind after a long day of sports and parks.
