Fantastic vacation spot

We loved this property. It was perfect for us our adult children and grandchildren. It was close to all ammenities and Disney. The pool on site was awesome as was the resort waterslide. Loved our stay.

Stop at Disney for 2 days before our cruise

Family or 8 with 2 kids 4,2 yrs The house is beautiful however carpets are not looking the cleanest. Enjoyed it overall and location is amazing as well. Check in process was a disaster as they could t find my name on the booking system but after 1.5hrs of driving around and reception looking around they found the reservation. Tired and cranky but we entered the home by midnight after landing at 8:30pm

Great stay!

Big house with great amenities and included access to resort pool, water slides, and sports courts. Pool heating included as well which is an added bonus. Host was super responsive to any questions we had during the stay and facilitated early check in for us at no charge. We love coming to this resort and is a great place to stay with close location to Disney and universal.

Family Vacation 2023

There were both positives and negatives. Positives: sufficient bedrooms/bathrooms, nice pool and hot tub, great location. Negatives: had great difficulty getting access code upon arrival, there was no cable tv all week as advertised, the carpeting is badly in need of replacement, the kitchen sink faucet required replacement and dishwasher leaked, curtains were falling down in first floor bedroom, and back door latch needs fixing. Overall I would not recommend this owner/host/unit to anyone, particularly at these prices. I would like at least a $1,000 refund since the unit didn't provide the amenities advertised. Had I known some of this I would have reserved a unit somewhere else.

Top location with a short walking distance to the center of the area. Advantages: -private owner = good functionality -good sun position all day -low noise level, far from the highway Disadvantages: - You want to stay longer than planned.

Won’t be back

We had no cable tv or internet service for 5 days during our stay. My daughter is working on her doctorate and couldn’t complete her online work. We called Jeeves several times and they never got back to us, they were unable to fix the problem and said a work order was placed with Direct TV. We were also told this is very common at Encore. Dryer never shuts off, door has to be left open for it to stop. Hot tub switch sticks, it ran all night causing the pool water to be 104 degrees the next morning. House was crawling with ants, even under the glass table top of dining room. Water park access is extremely slow due to one person checking bags and tagging guests.

Delightful Stay

This was a comfortable, very clean, well furnished and well-located property. It was a delight to be there. Our group from age 3 to 73 enjoyed having our own pool and spa and also being able to utilize the water park and fitness center. The location was good for the Parks and for The Space Center. The property manager was very responsive every step of the way from our initial enquiry to our questions while there. Highly recommend!

Holiday vacation

This house was exactly like pictures. It was very clean, with Plenty of space for our family of 11. All beds were very comfortable. We paid extra for pool heater and temperature was perfect. 15 minute ride to magic kingdom. Close to Walmart to do grocery shopping. We would definitely stay there again.

Great stay!

We had a family trip with 8 adults and 6 children (4-8). The house was perfect! Each bedroom had a bathroom so each family unit had their own bathroom. The house had everything we needed including strollers, coolers, beach chairs to make our trip to Sea World and the beach so much easier! We used the pool/hot tub everyday with the water park as a bonus. Our host was fantastic about working with us and answering all our questions. I would recommend this house and would love to have a repeat stay! Thank you so much!

Would book again

Overall we had a very good experience. Property management was responsive. There are a few issues/ things that I would note: 1. The frozen room did not have hot water. The girls in that room used the shower in someone else's room the entire stay. They did not let me know until after the fact otherwise I would have contacted management about it. Also, the bed under the Kristoff mural was all springs and uncomfortable. 2. There is a plumbed space for a stackable washer/ dryer in the first floor master bath. It would be helpful to put one in there to accommodate older/ disabled guests. The guests in that room had mobility issues and going upstairs to do laundry was too difficult for them. 3. It would make sense to relocate the pool towels to the first floor near the pool. Having them in the upstairs laundry was not convenient. With a downstairs washer/dryer washing them would be easier too. 4. Maybe add a few pool noodles to the supplies in the garage. It would have been nice to have those. 5. The patio chaises and lounge chair cushions all had mold and algae growth all around them. Not sure if it is possible to clean them? Or if it's easier to just buy new. Either way they desperately need help and weren't usable. 6. We had issue with pool/hot tub heater not working 2-3 days but management was quick to respond each day. I'm not sure why the heater kept turning off, but they fixed it every time. 7. There were several guests in surrounding villas who were partying and loud well after 10pm but security couldn't figure out who they were. Fyi: The 20 somethings in our group complained about it, not the "old folk". 🤣 8. You will be washing towels every day. I was told there were plenty of towels. Just note that there is only one set of towels per person. We had six women with long hair, it was not enough towels. In the grand scheme of things it all went well. We expected a few glitches here and there and the customer service was excellent in taking care of them.

Perfect spot

The house was perfect for our group of 13, that’s with 7 kids Eight down to one years old. Everything was provided, high chair, booster, porta crib. Everyone had their own space and having our own pool was a hit. The water park was so fun and it was a straight shot to Disney. The owner got right back to me whenever we had a question and most importantly the house was very clean!

Four Corners Stay

We had several issues when we arrived at the home. Fortunately, it was only my wife and I for several days before 10 others arrived. Floors and counters were gritty and dirty. We scrubbed the floor and water turned black. Owner refunded our cleaning fee. We ordered a grill for the week and it arrived on day 3. The pool water level was at least 6” below the proper lever. This was corrected on day 3. Unknown to us before arriving, the dryer did not work. We were told the parts were ordered, so it was known before our arrival the dryer did not work, but no one notified us and no solution was provided until, I contacted the owner. They provided us access to the home next door to use the dryer. So we had to haul laundry back and forth for the week. Promises were made that the dryer would be repaired, but never was. The home lay out worked great for our family. Every bedroom had a bathroom. There was plenty of room for 12. This why the rating wasn’t lower. Hopefully, Jeeves management company makes improvements to their cleaning, home readiness and renter communications.

Great Family Home

This house is amazing with each bedroom having its own bathroom! The layout is perfect and the home itself is gorgeous! The pool and separate sitting area is so nice with kids. The kitchen is huge and has everything you need to cook or eat meals. It has a great location to the theme parks, shopping and grocery store/supermarkets. When we first arrived after Hurricane Ian, the power had reset our code to get in the house. The owner and manager were quickly accessible and unlocked the door while they reset the code for us. They were very quick and prompt and we did not wait, this was amazing after an early day of travel! We would definitely choose to stay here again!

Would highly recommend!!

We stayed at this home for 8 days with three families. The house is everything the pictures show. A bedroom and bath was available for each couple and also the grandchildren. The location is great and the water park was such a bonus and enjoyed by all. The house is nicely stocked with everything you should need, including some baby items. The pool and hot tub are great. The ride to any of the parks was less than 20 minutes and never a hassle. I would highly recommend this home and will return when we go back to Disney.
