Magníficamente situado al final de un pequeño callejón sin salida, sin vecinos trasera y puntos de vista de la conservación. Nuestra ras del suelo, con aire acondicionado, villa cuenta con una amplia zona de estar de planta abierta. Cuenta con una sala de estar formal con sofás de cuero y un televisor de pantalla plana grande, con acceso a la zona de la piscina, un comedor formal asientos 6, y una cocina totalmente equipada con desayunador separado del asiento 4.
El dormitorio principal tiene una cama de matrimonio con cuarto de baño con ducha grande.
El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama doble con cuarto de baño con ducha.
Hay tres dormitorios, uno con una cama doble y dos dormitorios ambos con dos camas individuales.
Un cuarto de baño está en las siguientes habitaciones. Tiene acceso directo a la zona de la piscina.
Todas las habitaciones tienen televisores de pantalla plana.
Un pack and play cuna y una silla alta están disponibles para un niño pequeño sin costo alguno.
El garaje doble se utiliza como una sala de juegos con mesa de billar, air hockey, tenis de mesa, fútbol bar y diana electrónica.
Hay una lavadora y secadora para su conveniencia.

A fantastic home with everything you could ask for. Close to lots of local amenities (supermarkets, restaurants etc).We thoroughly enjoyed a 3 week stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return in the future.

My husband and I spent 17 nights at this lovely villa and only wish it could have been for longer. Having holidayed in this area for many years, we can honestly say that this has been our favourite rental property to stay at. It had such a homely feel, was well laid out, well equipped, spotlessly clean and overall very well maintained. The outside area was just perfect for us as it was private and so quiet with a fantastic south facing pool. We did have a minor issue with the pool pump however this was quickly resolved by the owner Phil who was a pleasure to communicate with. We will definitely stay here again in the future and cannot recommend this home highly enough.

We had a fantastic 4 week stay at this villa - it truly ticked every box for us. The hosts were brilliant, really welcoming and accommodating throughout. The property itself is exactly as described and did not disappoint in any way. A perfect base for our trip!A note for anyone booking, the hot tub gets really hot not just slightly warmer so it was great going from the cooler pool to the tub but this only comes with pool heating (well worth it even in August)

Had an excellent 2 week stay at the Villa, we absolutely loved it, it's very homely, and was a great base for both the Disney and Universal parks. Phil was a great host checking everything was ok, and helping with any queries. There's a fantastic games room and the pool is lovely and large, the kitchen is fully stocked with all appliances, we wanted for nothing. We wouldnt hesitate to book again.

The home was in a good location, near Orlando, so there were plenty of things to do. I was not impressed with cleanliness. Overall, it was an ok stay. Unfortunately, I would probably not book again.

Amazing Villa, clean, tidy and a fantastic location. We have stayed in this part of Orlando many times but this is by far the best villa we have stayed in. Only had to contact Phil a couple of times but he answered us immediately. I would recommend this villa to anyone staying in this area, Disney and Universal are just a short drive away and loads of bars, restaurants and supermarkets all near by.I couldn't recommend this villa more and will stay here next time we visit for sure.Dave & Lynsey.

Florida Vacation

This vacation home rental was great! It is an older home but has been lovingly maintained. It has 5 bedrooms, but it was just me and my husband on this vacation, so we only used the master bedroom. The house was very clean, had no mice or bugs, had air conditioning, and was in a good location for traveling distance to various places we wanted to see. The kitchen was fully equipped with dishes, silverware, toaster, air fryer, coffee pot, and the refrigerator/freezer made ice and had filtered water. The house has a nice enclosed pantry area, so there is no need to leave food sitting out on the counters to attract pests. The king sized bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable and there was a bathroom with shower attached to the master bathroom. The pool and hot tub were great and the neighborhood is quiet, and much of the view from the pool and hot tub is wooded conservation area. There is a working grill outside, and on the days we went to the beach, there was an available cooler, canvas chairs, and beach towels in the garage/game room/laundry room, which was great because we did not have to buy them. The washer and dryer worked great as well. I would recommend this vacation home rental and I would definitely stay there again!

Great stay, with a few hiccups!

My wife and I stayed at this lovely home on a cul-de-sac so as not to have too many neighbors. It was very tranquil with the preservation area behind us on a quiet street. We did have an issue with the pool heat, but Phil was very attentive and coordinated the service very well. We also had to contend with a small wildfire in the community but the interruption was short. The house was clean, every amenity worked, and our stay was pleasant. Again, Phil was readily available to help when needed. I would definitely stay again given the chance.

Excellent rental home

We spent 12 days at this beautiful location with our family of 5. Home and pool were excellent. The garage was stocked with lots of things for our kids to play with, pool table, ping pong table, Air hockey table as well as lots of items to use in the pool. Home is well taken care of. Wonderful vacation.

This is a well keep property. Garage is well set up with games for the young and young in spirit. Laundry facility offers large washer and dryer.Pool area is enclosed with a large pool and whirl pool off to the side. 90% of our time was spent outside and in the pool. No neighbors' behind and to the side give you a lot of privacy. Shopping is close by.

We had a wonderful time staying in this house for our siblings Disney trip! The home is beautiful, just as advertised, and it has everything that you need. It is also one of the cleanest homes that I’ve ever stayed in! I was very impressed by the cleanliness, ease of access, and communication with the homeowner. We would definitely rent this home again!

Great private south facing pool

We have just returned from a great stay at this Sandy Ridge property. Lovely clean house exactly as described. Our favourite thing and the reason for choosing the house was the beautiful private south facing pool with spa. Check in and out processes were simple. Communication with the owner was excellent. Amazing Accommodation

Our family of four including an 11 and a 13 year old adored this comfortable home. We particularly loved spending evenings in the pool and spa which looks out at a wooded area. The kitchen has everything you need, the beds are comfortable and the host is thoughtful and communicative. We would love to stay again.

Nice House but some issues

First, we loved the house 5 BR 3 Bath layout but had some issues. The pool was dirty including green on walls. The management company sent someone out the next morning and it was better but stayed a bit clouding the 5 days we were there so we didn't use. When we arrived on a Thursday, there was one full trash container and 4 trash bags at the curb along with 2 full containers on the side of the house and racoons tore up the trash in the bags the first night. The management company did however send someone to clean up the mess and while the containers were never emptied, they did drop off a new one. On Sunday night I drug out (no wheels) ALL the containers and when the truck came on Tuesday, they picked them up and apparently the trash was packed too much so the dropped and flipped them over....Yep, trash on the ground (but I picked it up. This time, when I called the management company, while being courteous, they didn't seem to be sure where I was staying even after I gave the address and owner name. Now, for the bright spot - this is the best laid out and clean 5 BR 3 bath single floor villa I've ever seen but the management company could be a lot better. Feel free to call.

Great Stay

This home allowed plenty of space for our 2 families. The location was central to all of the activities that we had planned. The home was well maintained and comfortable. The pool, spa, and backyard area were certainly the favorite hangout spot for everyone. The owner was also very responsive in all communication. I would certainly stay in this home again!
