Newly remodelled living room, new mattresses and spring boxes in all bedrooms, as well as new stainless steel appliances in the kitchen.
New flooring in all rooms , new furniture in Living room, Bedroom 1 and 2 , new bedding, fresh painting and new air conditioning.

Our beautiful 1647 sqf condo unit, located 3.5 miles from Disney World is part of Windsor Palms Resort, secure gated community, with easy access to major parks, shops and restaurants.
Located within 3 min drive of a Walmart and 10 min of a Walgreen, Target and a Publix store. This is a self-catering condo apartment.

This beautiful resort has lots of facilities including an olympic size community pool, hot tub and toddlers pool, basketball court, onsite cinema, lighted tennis court, volleyball sand court, business center, fitness center, clubhouse, shuttle to major parks and more.

The condo has a fully equipped kitchen, full size washer and dryer, cable TVs (in all bedrooms) , with an UHDTV in living room, and HDTVs in the other bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen size bed. Second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom has 2 twin beds. All bedrooms are facing the quiet area. The unit can comfortably accommodate 6 guests.

The condo has all bedrooms and a screened balcony facing the quiet wooded area.

High Speed Wireless Internet service is available at the unit.

For your safety and piece of mind there are smoke alarms fitted and a fire extinguisher inside the condo unit. Entry to the unit is available in 2 ways: one keyless entry (auto-lock door lock available, with a combination code) and key access (provided in the lock box by the entry door).

The home was perfect for our needs and would use again. The property was in a quiet location and well stocked with towels, cutlery etc. When we had a query the host - Robert was very helpful and quick to respond which we appreciated. An easy 5* rating.

We had a great time on our vacation. The home is well equipped, and clean, a great layout, and it is a perfect location both in the resort and for going to local attractions. We definitely enjoyed our stay, Robert is so easy to work with, and we highly recommend this property.

We enjoyed our stay at this spacious condo. It was clean, quiet and well stocked with all the basic necessities. In addition to being a short drive to the parks it was also close to great restaurants and shopping. Will stay again.

Nice place close Disney Parks

We enjoyed this place with our family. It took about 15 minutes to get to each of the Disney parks. It was also not far to Target or other shopping and food options. The kitchen is well supplied but could use a couple newer baking/pizza pans. Overall very happy with our stay and would stay again.

Long term rental

Stayed at the property Jan-March 2025. Communication with host excellent. Responds quickly to communications sent. The property was as described. Mattresses were comfortable. Kitchen well stocked with cookware/bakeware. Ample amounts of linens available. Great location if visiting the WDW area. Condo located in quiet area of complex. Highly recommend this VRBO vacation spot.

My review

Robert was excellent. However, when we had bad lighting "outside" the condo, it took them 3 weeks to fix my hallway light. Also had to be at pool for opening tome (8am) to get a chair. Other than that, all went well!

Nice stay

Condo spacious enough for a short stay. two bathrooms great to have. The dining room table needed updating. Patio blinds didn’t work good and some last were broken or missing. Bathroom vent and light needs a good clean same goes for light over diningroom table. Microwave turn table doesn’t turn. Stains on side of box spring in bedroom . Shower curtain he mold on it. In between washer and dryer needs a good sweep. All that to say I would rent again.

Great property in a quiet gated community

This condo is on the farthest corner of the properties, with a walkway just downstairs near some wetlands and a field out one side. It feels like a very safe community because it is set apart and gated. We had a very nice, quiet stay. The linens were in excellent shape and the beds were comfortable. Also, the kitchen was very well stocked, with parchment paper, plenty of utensils, dishwasher tabs, etc. We visited the pool and got some ice creams at the little shop as well. There is a Publix and a Walmart within an easily drivable distance, though I do recommend the Publix because the crowd at Walmart was pretty wild. Though the floor was not visibly dirty, we did notice that our socks would wind up a little bit dirty from walking around the unit. That is my only very half-hearted negative about this stay. Everything else was perfect. If you are looking for a nice peaceful property to relax and recover from all of the Orlando hubbub, look no further!

All the Disney Parks were nice and close. Short drive to shopping and restaurants. Had trouble with the wifi the first night but was able to get on the next day with help from the internet company.

Perfect location for visiting Disney parks!

We stayed for a week with our three teenagers and everyone was able to stay out of each other’s hair (a blessing, let me tell you!). Located within a 15 minute drive of all Disney parks, and within a 10 minute drive of a Walmart, a Walgreens, and a Publix. Our only issue was solved fairly quickly considering we arrived on a Sunday evening (a faulty fire alarm that kept beeping), and we had no other issues. If you’re planning to stay here for more than a few days (or at any condo, honestly), you’ll want to bring dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, dish detergent, trash bags, and toilet paper. Limited amounts of these things are provided by the owner, but you’ll need more to last a week, especially with a large party. I feel like that’s common sense but I saw in another review that someone complained about a lack of these things. We had literally no problems with it. We will definitely stay here again! The location is EVERYTHING.
