• For a smooth and secure check-in experience, all guests may be required to complete ID and Enso Boarding Pass verification before arrival. Check-in instructions will be shared once verification is completed. Thank you for helping us ensure a seamless stay!
• Please note that pool is heated automatically and free of charge during stays from October through March. For stays from April through September, pool heating is available for an additional fee . Hot tub heating is complimentary and available year-round.
• Please note that pool service is scheduled weekly and may occur during your stay. It’s a brief visit to keep the pool clean, and technicians will only access the pool area. Thank you for your understanding.
• Please note that the pool and lazy river will be closed through December due to maintenance. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

Pet Friendly:
• Pets are welcome at our property. A maximum of two pets under 60 lbs each is permitted. A pet fee of $139 per pet applies and will be collected after booking.

Additional Services:
• Planning a BBQ? A complimentary propane tank is available. Let us know in advance, and we’ll make sure you’re all set to grill and enjoy!
• A complimentary Pack N Play is available.
• A complimentary high chair is available.
• Pool & hot tub heating available upon request, not included in booking price: $35/night per service or $59/night for both, 2-night minimum. 24-hour notice required.

House Rules:
1. Parties, events and smoking/vaping of any kind are prohibited in or around our property and risk a fine of $150 and/or your full deposit will be forfeited.
2. Please check-out on time. Late departures will result in a fine of $150 for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover.
3. Large messes will result in an additional cleaning fee. Please clean up after yourselves and any pets.
4. We do not assume liability for any injuries sustained by using the Pool and Hot tub. Please follow all safety precautions and use at your own discretion.
5. Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited on the property.
• If any of these house rules are broken, you and your group may be subject to additional charges or be requested to vacate the property immediately without refund.
