Pictures on Vrbo don’t represent actual condo
This condo needs a good cleaning. The living room on Vrbo shows a area rug, coffee table, end table, chair, couch, and TV stand. What the living room actually had was a TV stand and couch, The couch looked like it was a hand-me-down, the cushions were flat and falling off the couch, most of the buttons have been ripped off leaving holes. The Princess bedroom was not a princess bedroom as shown on Vrbo, There was a TV with cables, lots of cables, open and accessible to kids and there was a bunkbed that was too high up for the ceiling fan to be used. The bunk bed was the only piece of furniture in the bedroom. We did not use the room due to the state of the room. There were little bugs coming up from the drains in the shared bathroom on the second floor. There were bugs coming up from one of the drains in the master bathroom midway through our stay as well...in addition to the drain plug not working from the onset. We were asked to give notice and pay several days in advance to heat the pool. I would have expected the pool to be heated on the first day of our stay due to this requirement but it was not, I was told it would take 24 hours to get heated after we had checked in..,even though we paid for heat on the first day. The pool took several days to get fully heated....the pool was much warmer the end of our stay versus the beginning of our stay. The only highlight to this location was the water park but the parking lot was small and if someone where to stay during the busy session they would be challenged in getting a parking spot. The pond was nice to walk around but needs trashed picked up. The kids park was small but nice. The west gate to the property had issues with the scan reader, cars were always going in the entrance gate when someone were to come out because the entrance scanner never worked. The first day the gates were open all day and I was only able to get the scanner to work twice, all other times I had to call security to open the gate, it must be a know problem and security when called would not say anything they would just open the gate.
